Avoid this place for several reasons. 1.) Their reception staff is rude and very cold. 2.) My employer sent me to them for a routine annual physical which included an ECG. They didnt attach one of the wires correctly resulting in an abnormal ECG. I was set to deploy overseas for my job and could not do so with an abnormal ECG. I went to their office to ask them to do it over as I had only had an ECG 6 months earlier for another employer that was completely normal. I requested to either speak to the doctor or the LPN that read my ECG. They both refused to even speak to me. The receptionist that took my request to them returned to rudely tell me that the office was contracted to perform an ECG, they did so and if I didnt like the results I should go somewhere else. (Yes she said exactly that.). I was lucky enough to find an expensive cardiologist locally who could fit me in prior to my deployment date. The Cardiologist saw a copy of the ECG performed by Primary Care Medical Center and immediately told me that it was obvious one of the wires had not been attached correctly resulting in a bad ECG. She then performed another ECG herself and as predicted - it was completely normal. I didnt lose my job as I managed to get this cardiologist to perform competent ECG in time but it cost me a bundle of money out of my own pocket to pay her. That was not necessary if not for Primary Care Medical Centers screw up and refusal to even speak to me about doing it over. All I wanted was for them to do it again but the physician and LPN were to rude (not to mention spineless) to even come out front to speak to me about it. They hid behind a petite lady receptionist obviously in her 60s. But dont sell that little lady short - she was as rude as any snobby teenager could ever be. Avoid this place at all cost. They cant even perform a competent ECG test and their reception staff have all the human compassion for patients you would expect from a rattlesnake. If I had actually lost that job due to this nonsense I would have sued their butts off but luckily I found a competent physician in time to save my career even though it cost me money out of pocket. Also, I tried to use my medical insurance here as my insurance provider claims these people accept my insurance. They told me they do accept it but only if you have been a patient for at least 3 years. I have indeed discussed this with the insurance company who made a note of this practice as they were unaware of the practices 3 year rule and told me they will no longer recommend patients to them as they do not ACTUALLY accept their insurance as claimed.

I have been here on a handful of occasions, and the staff seem nice enough, but the flow of operations is a disaster. They handle manymany occupational health patients (drug screen, workmans comp, pre-employ physical, etc) and seem to cater to them exclusively. If you are a regular patient, be prepared to spend half your day there. I always arrive early and have an appt, but have had to wait at least an hour to hour and half past my appt time. Then you are brought to the little physical rooms, then you wait another 30-45 minutes. Then, maybe, you might get seen by a doctor. I hope you like getting stuck with needles because the nurses, that apparently could use some practice, had to stick me 6 times before they found a vein for my full panel. As far as the waiting, this happens everytime. With the expense of healthcare these days, going to the doctor should be like going to a resort or should be at least a little more expeditious. If you are going to devout a lot of time to each patient, fine, but at least schedule your appts accordingly. Im sorry, some of us work for a living and cant afford to sit in a doctors office all day. I recommend avoiding this place.

Worst experience of my life!! Front desk receptionist was very very rude!!! Matter of fact all three receptionist should find other work which does not include customer service!! Nursing staff was even worse!! Weve used this office several times in the past for physicals dealing with Dot. Needless to say this is my last dealings with these people. I over heard someone say they have been bought out. The old staff should have been left to continue business bc the new ones are horrible. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone for anything!!
