AWFUL, HORRIBLE SERVICE! The staff must be missing teeth or had a bad run in with the botox needle based on their inability to smile. Their lack of concern and the dismissive attitude that they exhibited towards me reminded me why I havent been to the doctors in almost a decade. They claim to practice family medicine specializing in womens care but I cant possibly see how that would be true. The doctor didnt even come to see me and the nurses rushed me out the door without a second glance. What kind of doctor doesnt even see the patient before saying that they cannot help and have no suggestions on what the patient could do. I hope they get to have an experience like I did today. Maybe then they will realize that when people are sick and looking for some help and compassion, a smile and some acknowledgement would go a long way.

Most of the nursing staff do well, Except for a blonde woman who wouldnt give me her name. She was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Aldridge refused to see me about paperwork he did incorrectly and just kept sending nurse after nurse to tell me thats all they could do. He did not put the correct information on it, therefore falsifying medical information that could lead up to the termination with my job. It looks like it might become a legal matter to which the staff there acted like they couldnt care less. If you have a chance, go somewhere else. All I needed was for them to fill out a form correctly and fax it, i was there for 4 hours and Dr. Aldridge saw me for a whopping 3 minutes of that time. Didnt even sit down when he saw me.

I work in EMS, some people need to understand what nurses an doctors deal with, being on your feet for 12 hours is no fun an very painful an everybody thinks there special an look for reasons to complain, they tolerate mean an sick people all day, health profession isnt all glory an fame, people need to be more understanding an not take there frustration out on them, its not there fault u feel bad. People also think they know more than others so they try to tell the Dr what to do, u dont need pain pills for a cold. Have some comparison for people in this line of work. They dont come to your place of employment an tell u how to do your job, I had a great experience, but then again I understand what they deal with.

Im not from the area and am only in town for work. Ive been there several times and as long as the office isnt really packed, theyll get you in pretty quickly. The first two times I went there, the quality of service met my minimum expectations for a doctors office. However, I went in there recently when the waiting room was somewhat full and I just needed antibiotics for a simple sinus infection. They moved me ahead of others and from the time that I signed in to the time that I walked out of the door was only 30 minutes. I would say that on this instance since they were familiar with me they gave me a level of service that far surpassed even my personal physician back home.

At first you walk in thinking you can maybe get seen rather quickly. Which proves to be true, 30 minutes or so and youre in. After that they just go through the motions. Put you on the scale, check blood pressure etc.. They ask you why youre there, then they basically finish your sentences for you... (blah blah on to the next one) seems to be what they are thinking. They assume that everyone that comes in is not intelligent enough to read. When I was inquiring about options of medications, my knowledge of historical experiences I have personally had were thrown out the window immediately. Basically a joke. Will not return or refer anyone.

I went in 3 years ago for pains in my knees and one elbow. Elbow hurt so bad I couldnt I could barely lift a drink to me mouth. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours, no joke, I was taken to the back and waited another 30 minutes. Finally the doctor came in and I told him what was wrong with me. He literally squeezed my arm 3 times with his thumb and diagnosed me. He saw me for all of 5 minutes then they rushed me out.

Waited 45 minutes for a simple lab test they ultimately couldnt do because their computers were down. Then told me I owed them $40.00 for a nurse visit I didnt have. When I refused to pay they threatened with billing collections. Go to Ocean Springs Imaging center instead.

Dr Aldridge is not good at all. Do not go there unless you want to be misdiagnosed, overcharged, and treated badly by him. Everything is a virus. When I got in to see my regular physician I was told it was the flu but due the length of time I had it I couldnt take Tamiflu
