My dentist stopped mid work on my teeth to change the tv in the room to Ellen and watch while he was drilling out a cavity in my tooth. We only did work on commercial breaks. Also a front desk receptionist made me wait to check in because she was on a personal cell phone talking about her anniversary plans that night, down to the wine she was buying. Also my insurance company has never received a claim from water tower dental. Its been one month since I have rendered services. So I must send in my own claim because apparently faxing paperwork it too difficult. Obviously my experience was beyond awful. I will never be going back. Rude and incompetent. But maybe yours will be better. Best of luck

I received an estimate for $1600 for the work that they were going to do on my wife. The next thing I know, she comes home with a bill for $2900, and poor explanations on why they completely miss-managed client expectations on total cost of the work. It still seems to me either they completely screwed up the estimate, or they were being dishonest. After talking to the general manager, this place has a serious owner-agent problem. The general manager is going to run this place into the ground. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is place is amazing!!! Not only is it very affordable which is important for a guy like me but the staff are very nice, comforting and professional. They make you feel very welcome and give you sense of definitive satisfaction. I went for deep cleaning and it was easy, comfortable, and best of all very professionally done. Ive been to this location 4 times in the last 4 weeks. Lots of work needed to be done and still does. Every time has been great, everyone there does a wonderful job in explaining everything and performing the procedures. I can still afford to go about my daily life withe their reasonable pricing and scheduling times! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great experience from start to finish! Everything from the procedures to billing was thoroughly explained. My three year old, who doesnt even sit still for a hair cut, was calm and cooperative during the cleaning and check up! I am so impressed with My Kids Dentist!!
