Very displeased! Dr Pete performed a very rushed and distracted root canal on me. He was doing my root canal and a root canal on the patient beside me. Back and forth between the two of us. He broke off a tool in my gum (which is still there after 2 yrs), he didnt complete my root canal on the first try, sent me home, had to come back the folllowing Monday for the rest of my roots to be dug out of my gums. He overcharged me and I had to harrass their part time accountant for 2 wks to get my refund. Now I found out two years later from my current dentist that my root canal has never fully healed and I might have to go thru the whole root canal procedure again. Dr Pete also messed up two other procedures on me. I feel like they are just trying to make a quick buck by offering and suggesting procedures. They also sold me some overpriced Calm Plus Calcium junk that I didnt realize it was for purchase until they stuck it on my bill. My tooth whitening experience was awful since the dental hygenist didnt check on me during the procedure. The cotton swabs that were supposed to prevent the chemicals from touching my gums had slipped off and caused me a lot of pain. I would discourage any one I know from going to this dentist. I felt like all he wanted to do was sell me products and procedures then rush thru them. Him and his staff are friendly but that doesnt make up for the poor work they do.

UPDATE : I am bumping my ratings from 1 star to 5 for an excellent customer service after we told them about this experience. Business manager sent me the refund for initial visit along with an apology letter and a Starbucks gift card. Looks like the person I dealt with initially was a temp worker and didnt inform me about the out of network fees. Let me start by saying that I had no issue with my dental cleaning provided by my doctor and in fact that was perfect. My issue is with how I was NOT told about my insurance plan in advance and later sent me the wrong bill(even for the service that I didnt go with). On my first appointment, no one mentioned that the initial visit will not be covered by my insurance as they are out of network , and later on I got a bill for $180 just for the check up and exam. If my insurance was out of network, then they should have informed me and told me that this initial checkup and exam will cost me money like I was told for the dental cleaning services.. I will not be going again which is sad because I really liked the doctor. Please double check all these things before getting any services done.

I came in to do a consultation with Dr Pagano, hoping to get some answers on how to fix a previous dentists work. Dr Pagano had so much time and patience with me and my extremely difficult case. He took the time to explain things to me and research my options rather than throwing me under the knife so to speak, and doing things in a hurry. My previous dentist did 10 top crowns on me, and completely screwed up my mouth to where I ended up needing a gum surgery, all crowns redone, plus health concerns now because of her bad work. Im not one to sit and dwell on someones mistakes, but its my health, and my smile. I paid a lot of money to have this done once, and because of the previous dentists mistakes, I am pretty much having to pay double to get it all fixed. But finding Dr Pagano was such a relief. I felt comfortable with him right away. He took the time and effort to figure out logistics about my case and do what was right for me. Finally Ill have the smile I deserve.

I saw them on Groupon, called to check their dental tech, was told they had something similar to air abrasion so I buy the coupon. I get there and they have no such tech - they still use the old school shots and drill. When I made my appt I told them I had a crown that was half gone but when I get there the "crown" guy isnt in so I have to make another appointment $$$ to see him AND one of the xrays they took cost me extra - no warning on that one until its already done. So my $57 appt turned into $97 without forewarning, they dont have the tech they claimed over the phone, and they want to milk me for appointments. I also couldnt get the whitening kit since I had a cavity and the crown issue, which I understand but I didnt get what I paid for, then paid more than I should have, and dont feel like they were up front and honest by scheduling me on a day my most major issue couldnt be addressed and telling me they have technology which they do not.

Although the staff seemed nice, I would not recommend Dr. Pagano to anyone. My first and only experience with him was like talking to a Cheesy Used Car salesman. Before he ever even looked at my teeth, he began to question me about a daily medication I take. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not need that medicine (according to my family doctor, yes I do) and how my "condition" could be managed thru using some kind of powdered supplement that he sells. He has only known me for 30 seconds and he is an expert on my health? And the fact that he came in wearing sloppy black sweats and looked like he just crawled out of bed did nothing to make him seem like a professional dentist. I honestly could not wait to get out of that office and will definitely not go back again.

Ill start by saying, that I generally dont like the dentist, but my experiences with Dr. P had nothing to do with physical pain. In the 2 years I went there, the work he performed was fine...but my review is of the way he treats his people. Not once did I see the same hygienist, and I assume thats because most of them left within a couple months because of the way Dr. P treats them. Belittling, condescending, and generally off-putting remarks that he makes toward his employees unprofessional and unbelievably awkward. I recently moved to a new practice because I couldt handle the way he treats his employees (the people he hires and trusts with his business, mind you) and I do not wish to promote that kind of behavior by continuing to pay him money.

First of all I just wanted to thank all the wonderful staff that welcomed me with a big smile. Ive never been as impressed as I was in this place. The dental hygienist Delilah was great! She took her time to teach me how to take good care of my teeth, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I was impressed with all the up to date technology she was using. Doctor Pagano was amazing! Very friendly and he made me feel like Ive been his patient for ever! He also took his time to listen to my concerns and was very gentle. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so much! Ill come back for sure ;) in 10 days to be exact :) oh and the little bag was full of good stuff! Thanks again
