Robert Kay is amazing at what he does. I am happy with my results so far, and cant wait to see my smile when the process is all done. Although Robert may be good at his profession, I would have to say the environment is very uncomfortable and I am not comfortable speaking to Robert. often times is very impatient and you can tell, and does not give you room to talk. Honestly, I am generally quiet nervous to even apologize for a missed appointment, that I know it doesnt change anything if I do anyways. I suggest if you decide to get ortho work done here, to make sure you make ALL your appointments, because he will very much so hold it againt you if you dont. He comes off as very, very rude, personally cant wait to not have to go their anymore.

Very unsatisfied, my teeth are already shift in after one day of having them off. Not to mention my retainer is uneven. He is a very careless ortho. Too bad he is the only one who takes badger care insurance. I feel like I will have to pay out of pocket at another ortho in the near future. My mom also had him, she is also unsatisfied with her results also. As they are not symmetrical at all, and Dr. Kay insist that, that is just the "shape" of her teeth. She will have to get a second opinion before anything gets done, which has to be paid out of pocket. 1/5 wouldnt recommend.

Absolutely garbage! I dont care if he is "sooo good" at what he does or if he "is the only one who takes special low income insurance ". He is a disrespectfull human being! He insisted my family NEVER come back. If he has rules then he needs to post them so everyone can see them. He needs to also train his staff on his "rules". There are many other orthos around and Id rather drive 2 hours to have a professional, courtesy, non judgmental person fixing my teeth! Never go!!! He will treat you the same!!

I am trying to get ahold of Dr Robert Kay and they are closed how can that be when it is 10 am in the morning and they are suppose to be open by 8 am they still have there answering machine on for after hours if they want any business they have to take the after hours message off and when are they in medford wisconsin

He was awesome with my son and now my daughter is seeing him. He and his staff are very professional. I have never had a negative time with him or his staff. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!!!!!
