If zero stars was a choice.... So many employees. All disingenuous. Kept trying to sell me their "club". Dentist reminded me of a stereotypical bad used car salesman. Game plan for $7000 over 2 months and some work couldnt be done there so a referral to another place with an additional $4-5 thousand. When I asked for my records to be sent to a different office all sorts of arguing ensued. I was forced to go back, sign a release then they refused to email records instead made me wait while they printed them. Then they tried to make me an appt for me to get my teeth cleaned! ! I have since rcvd 3 phone calls asking when I will come in for the work suggested along with incessant mailings. I have since found a dentist that did all the work in only 3 visits at one-third the cost! Truly - STAY AWAY FROM TOTAL DENTAL.

Im a young professional new to Metro St. Louis, and I had a root canal emergency that needed to be taken care of. I chose Advanced Family Dental because they were close to home, and Im incredibly impressed with the service I have received. Dr. Turner performed my root canal procedure, and he knew that I had a fear of dental work. He did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and completely aware of what I was about to experience (which turned out to not be painful at all.) I have been back twice (once for my crown and another time for a cleaning) and Ive always been treated by the same Doctor who is one of the most friendly people Ive met. The rest of the staff at Advanced Family Dental is very caring and friendly as well, and the facility is clean and very nice with updated equipment.

I chipped a tooth and need a root canal and crown. Dr. Turner and his staff were so great to me while I was there. I didnt feel a thing, and everything went very well. But what really made an impression (aside from the actual impressions they took of my tooth) was how they trained their staff. I had a new assistant helping me, and when she stumbled others rushed in to help her with poise and patience. The kindness spills over to the patients and the result is a dental experience worth writing about on the internet. Im not going to stop flossing just to get more visits, but Im glad to know that Total Care Dental is there for me when I need them. Thanks again!

Excellent care was provided for me and my family dental needs. When youre already on edge about having anyone perform work on your teeth, it is refreshing to be greeted in a professional and comfortable environment... that sets a tone. They were thorough with my exam with using technology that appears current and was provided plan options. Its always up to you on how you want to proceed, after-all it is your teeth and money. More recently, I arrived earlier than my appointment time and was still seen right away. Dr. Turner was friendly and caring during my dental work and provided exceptional delivery of care. I would highly recommend his services.

This is the first place I do not feel bad about myself when I go in. The front desk girls always great me with a smile and are not hidden behind a frosted glass window like most doctors offices. Dr DeWert and his staff never yell at me or make me feel bad about my smile. They explain everything in detail on a level even I can understand. He even takes up close pictures of my mouth and shows them to me on the computer screen as I sit in the chair. Now I can see what the dentist sees! Talk about a high tech dental office! My wife and I could not be any happier and actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

Be careful here! I believe they tried to take advantage of me because I hadnt been to a dentist in a while. They said I had gum disease and 6 cavities, for the gum disease they wanted to treat me for an infection they said I had... So I get a second opinion because that is just a lot of money and a lot of work,that they wanted to do to my teeth. My new dentist said that there is no sign of gum disease whatsoever and I have no cavities and no infection!!!!!! BEWARE

I was so pleased with the brand new equipment and very clean office. The staff was extremely friendly, from walking in the door to walking out after my dental work was finished. I sent my husband and kids to them and have recommended them to my co-workers. It was a pain-free experience, including on my pocketbook, since they take credit cards and found several interest-free ways to finance my work. Thanks for taking such good care of my smile!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best dental care. I really appreciate Advanced Family Dental and the staff there. They make me feel comfortable and at home so I dont worry or dread experiencing unnecessary pain when I get my teeth cleaned there. They are very sensitive and great at their work.
