I cannot speak more positively about my appt and the people that assisted me. Seeing a Dentist is not at the top of things I wish to do in any day but ALL those I encountered today (and in the past) were kind and considerate and I would recommend this practice to a friend or family... None of the above has changed. I am still not totally enthusiastic about seeing any Dentist but Dr. B. Cole, D.D.S. is always open and forthcoming. The staff all function at the "Gem" level and I will be back, reluctantly!

Dr. Cole and his staff are great, very professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable and up on all the latest concepts in dental care. Dr. Cole goes the extra mile to make sure of your overall comfort level during dental procedures. He goes the extra mile above and beyond to ensure, for example, you ll have the lowest chance of sensitivity after a procedure. We notice, Dr. Cole. And I always love the jungle room if its available. smile.

I just want to say that Dr Cole and Staff put me at ease. Generally I hold my breath and grip my fingers and rock my feet. Today there was only a little finger gripping. Not for anything more than the sound and sensation of the drill. I had absolutely 0 pain today and that even includes the initial injections to numb me up. Thank you so much for giving me the perfect shade to complete a natural smile again.

Best Dental Clinic around. We never miss an appointment because my kids really love to visit their hygienists and Dr Cole is always super great with them too. They are also good to me, who happens to hate dental procedures. Becky is the perfect front counter person, so kind and ridiculously beautiful. We will never go anywhere else. Were lifers!

Dr Cole and the staff at Prairie Run Dental did an excellent job!!! I had one bad cavity and he took care of it with no pain at all. I get extremely nervous for even a teeth cleaning but Dr. Cole and the staff I interacted with were all very calming. Thank you to all the team members at Prairie Run Dental! I was greeted with the usual friendly, personable staff and met by my hygienist before I even got settled in! No waiting at all! Love the friendships that have developed over the years and it is encouraging to hear detailed descriptions of what will be done and to have the gentle care I always count on. Great team!!!

My daughter didnt even have an appointment and Dr. Cole and his staff adjusted their day to accomodate her. Its the small gestures that really go a long way. We love the smiles and personal greetings when we walk in the door. Everyone is great and we appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Worst dentist office ever!The staff at praire run are very rude especially the "manager" Amy. Would not recommend to anyone! we were new to the area as my husband got a job and thought we would try them out. Worst decision ever.
