I will never return to this dentist office ever! My daughter is 5 years old and the dental assistant was terrible with her. The lady had horrible customer service just the way she speaks to you is rude... She tries to make you feel stupid with each comment she makes. My daughter has been to the dentist a few times now and weve never had a problem with her being scared. But Bc the assistant was rude and not friendly my daughter wouldnt open her mouth at all for her. The lady had no patience with her and I feel like she gave up on her pretty quickly. She should not be allowed to work with young patients Bc she is not an nice person. I would not recommend sending a child to this dentist office.

These people dont even deserve a star! I wish I came across these reviews before making my kids appointments. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, DO NOT GO HERE!!! To say they are not kid- friendly is putting it nicely. The lady at the desk is so rude and unprofessional!!! My kids even notices how mean she was and refuse to ever go back. She was annoyed by my kids presence and kept rolling her eyes and mumbling things under her breathe everytime they moved. She at one point yelled at my son and said "Hey, do you have ants in your pants?!" And to top it off, we were there for 2.5 hrs! For cleaning! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ive been taking my family to Discovery Dental for several years with great results, especially since Dr. Mitchell joined the practice. Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful dentist, well-trained and very gentle. He takes the time to explain everything he will do in advance of doing it, and is a true craftsman. Stacy his receptionist is unfailingly friendly and remembers my kids names and when to remind us about cleanings. The dental hygienist has been there for years and is also terrific.

Terrible experience, Stacy was rude and unprofessional over the phone. Called in to ask if she could fax my insurance information to my new dental office as my parents couldnt find the physical card and she literally told me that it wasnt her responsibility to do so. What?! There are MUCH better places you can spend your money and time. No one deserves to have to deal with nor accept unprofessionalism, ever.

Went to this office for 5+ years before moving away recently. Always had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Mitchell. Wait times were low (my visits were always scheduled), staff was funny if you got to know them, place was always clean, and I still have all my teeth (so you cant argue with the results).

The staff are friendly and I was happy for the most part w/ the service. Then a Dr. Mitchell Stumpf of the Creve Couer office, refused to service my dental needs, due to the doctor demanding I have a tooth removed when it clearly caused no medical threats. I find this absurd and totally unprofessional.

I would give NO stars if I could!!! They told me I was going to get a New customer discount on the phone after my procedure was over, they gave me NO discount. Me and my family will NEVER come back!!! The true meaning of Bait & Switch!!!

A terrible dentist, unfriendly, and unprofessional. He told me I needed a lot of serious work done, but I went somewhere else for a second opinion and only had one cavity. Be advised, go elsewhere for a dentist.

Great experience! Fun staff and Dr Mitchells care is superb! I am not good with needles and Dr Mitchell took very good care of me - I didnt feel a thing. Best dental experience Ive ever had.
