I ABSOLUTELY LOVED COMING IN AND IM SO GLAD I DID! My mother and I had an appointment this morning, and we are so glad we chose this location. We have never been to a Visionworks before, but I was venturing out to different businesses and Visionworks had the best deal for us because we dont have eye insurance. All the employees, Lisa, Jake, and Janel were AMAZING, KNOWLEDGABLE, and were just the absolute BEST!! Dr. Michael Katich just topped our visited off. Hes the best eye doctor we have ever been to! He was also KNOWLEDGABLE, KIND, and SUPER PATIENT. As for my mom, shes always scared to go to the doctor because she doesnt speak fluent English, but he took his time with her exam. And he was also very encouraging during my exam, as well as my contacts fitting. I think if it wasnt for him, I wouldve quit and said "forget the contacts". LOL! We will always come back to this location. Visionworks has our business!

Friendly staff, lots of selections. But they are ALWAYS delayed. What is the point of scheduling appointments with your patients if you cannot keep them? Ive had to drive an hour each way for these appointments for a family member, and over a 4 week time span they still have not settled on a prescription.

Wonderful staff! Tanisha was very polite and patient answering my questions. Dr. Storer perform a thorough eye exam and explained everything. I have been to other offices, but Visionworks at Heritage Plaza won me. Thank you.
