The staff are professional, but it took me more than two weeks to get my glasses. Thats simply unacceptable in this day and age of overnight shipping, instant online ordering, computer-generated patterns, etc etc etc. What other service industries are you are required to PAY IN FULL and then are at the mercy of the vendor without any recourse or options? Not to mention I had to call and inquire about delivery date, rather than someone having the courtesy of calling me, the customer! Imagine if I had that attitude when it came time to pay....oh thats right, I was forced to pay in full immediately for a product that Target couldnt quickly deliver.

A worker was very quick to help me. He heated, reshaped my plastic frames, let me try them on, then cleaned them for me. He was very helpful and saved me from buying another pair of glasses (though I still might). Ive never bought a pair of glasses from Target (because its probably a ripoff) but I found this service to be very nice. :)

The Dr was very thorough , the staff was friendly and the price was within my budget . Staff was helpful to make sure of that . I definitely recommend this place over others.
