My husband started going to Dr. Lott after becoming frustrated with our previous Doctors office. He has struggled to find a Dr he likes and connects with, which is important to us both. Not long after I followed and made an appointment with her as well. Dr. Lotts nurse, Monica, is wonderful as well. They both make you feel very comfortable and relaxed and they talk to you like a person, not a condition. I have also now placed my older children (11 and 12) in the practice as well. I called to have my daughter seen for a female issue, and Dr. Kelley was the only quick opening. She was nervous about seeing a male Dr but he made her feel comfortable by joking about talking to a guy about girl problems. I now have my son set up to see Dr, Kelley as well. We have been very impressed by this office. The staff is helpful and courteous, they are working rather than gossiping like we have seen at many other places. The nurses have all been wonderful, kind, caring, and helpful. I have really enjoyed all of my experiences with both Dr. Lott and Dr. Kelley, I look forward to meeting the others in the practice. While the office does use an automated system to direct calls its easy to get to a person and not get shuffled to a voicemail. The office itself is clean and well maintained, they have a beautiful fish tank, and there is plenty of space so people are not packed in a tiny room. Some of the offices even have toys, which is wonderful since I often have to bring my toddler with me to my appointments. My only issue was receiving a somewhat rude letter threatening to not see us until our $40 bill was paid. The problem is that unlike the letter claimed, we had not received several statements. This letter was the first I had seen of that bill that was due. I called to make sure all of our information was correct and explained the situation. The staff member I spoke with was helpful, verified all of my information, and tried to figure out what happened. Even though we were unable to figure anything out, she apologized and told me that I could pay the bill online, send it in, or pay in the office. I love the patient portal and being able to have access to my records and test results online. It has been a great experience and I would certainly recommend this office to anyone inquiring.

If I could give it a lower score than hated it I would. They are essentially con artists who continuously have been saying the same things about me owing money from 2015 .I keep paying it so I can make an appointment then 2 appointments latter they say the same thing even though you cant schedule a appointment until you pay. This hasnt just happened to me but others in my family who go here. Its unfortunate and I hope it doesnt happen to anyone else. Not to mention when I was sent to talk to their billing department they didnt gice me any number I could call to ask why this same situation kept happening to me. It was and has been a sketchy experience for me with having to fix these issues.

I called Barry Pointe Family Care for the first time to schedule a yearly well check and the receptionist treated me like an idiot because I didnt understand something she said. She was so incredibly condescending. I Immediately knew this was not a place I want to go. Also- they are not accepting new patients under Cigna Connect, despite their website saying they are, so if you have that insurance dont bother calling unless you enjoy being talked down to.

Called and made my appointment. Left work early. After waiting thirty minutes they came out to inform me they scheduled me wrong and would have to reschedule me for three weeks out. The woman was extremely rude and unhelpful.
