This is by far the least organized clinic I have ever been to. There is no communication between the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors, and even less communication to the patient(s). If, for example, you go in to leave a sample for the lab, they will give you a bag with the cup, and the bag says very distinctly "physician to write patients name and DOB on container" and then YOU are expected to fill it out, and if you dont then they reject the sample. Extremely dissatisfied with this clinic and I will never be going there again.

If you want to be held hostage by a nurse on a power trip, this is the place to go! Need medication for thyroid for life and she denied my refill so i had to go without it for a month. Doctor said that this would not have happened if he would have known the issue of waiting till Jan 1. Very unprofessional staff that gossips about other patients in other rooms too.

i love east ridge clinic! ive never had a bad experience and ive been going there for 2 1/2 years (appx. 15 visits). the nurses have always been awesome as well as the doctors- especially dr. westfall. i highly recommend it. urgent care can be slow- primarily on the weekends which with my luck tends to be when i need to go but besides that i have no complaints.

Doctors are the best, but the receptionists suck and dont know what they are doing. I had to re-fax the same paper work 3 times and they still didnt realize it showed up (after calling every day, multiple times, during the week.)

I have been in to the urgent care twice in the past couple of weeks and neither visit has been "urgent." However, they do warn you that theres a wait. The nurses and nurse practitioners are very helpful and friendly!

1st appointment trying to change Drs, mine is retiring. All staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional staff.
