If you have a cold or flu, it is a good place. If you have a more significant issue, it is not a good service provider. It takes 10 days to get a referral. This is a significant wait especially when you are in pain. The 10 day lead time is only to schedule an appointment. From my experience, I tried to get an MRI scheduled and couldnt even get it scheduled for 3 weeks. I finally had to go to another provider as I could not get any help/support.

This was my first time to an urgent care facility and I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience here. I was in and out in about an hour and that was with an xray. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Miller was very personable. Obviously depending on volume you could spend a lot more time than I did.

Absolutely f***ed up. They dont check you in for 30min and then make you wait another hour to then sit in the back room for 20min. They arent people friendly and ignore any concern for patients. Wtf!

when i called in to make an appointment the lady that answer was rude and didnt even gave me options to see a different doctor since the doctor that i wanted wasnt available at that time.

Takes an unreasonable amount of time to be seen by a doctor, and then they only see you for a few minutes.
