I am pretty disappointed to be writing this review with only two stars. My actual physician, Dr. Sheldon Burns, is AMAZING. Hes the best doctor Ive ever had. The clinic and nursing staff, however, are awful. The receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and very clearly hate their jobs. Not only are they rude when one is checking in for an appointment, if one has any questions for them, youll literally feel like you are a huge inconvenience - as though youve interrupted them from something MUCH more important than you. Additionally, speaking to receptionists and nurses on the phone is incredibly aggravating and deflating. One usually contacts and goes to the doctor when they are sick or have an injury or illness - so you already dont feel great. But attempting to schedule an appointment or speak to a nurse is a time consuming and frustrating addition to the symptoms and discomfort typically associated with illness or injury. The wait time in the clinic is also absolutely, absurdly long. Ive had appointments scheduled for specific times, and have frequently waited over and hour - and occasionally over two or three hours to see my physician. With no updates, no explanations, and no heads up that Id be waiting for an extremely long time. And once they bring you back to the room, the wait can be an addition thirty minutes or longer. Like I said, my physician is awesome - and the nurses that do the lab work are pretty great, too. But, dealing with the clinic and nursing staff has become more than Im able to deal with; so, Im on the hunt for a new general practitioner at a clinic that doesnt have horrible staff.

I moved here from South Dakota and I needed to find a doctor for my cold. I called and told them I was a new client needing to see someone. They got all of my information and I was good to go for my 2:20 appointment the next day. So I get there at 2:10 and I check in with the receptionist and she only asks for my first name and she said she got me checked in. I was waiting in the waiting room area for literally 45 minute and she then asks for my last name cuz she saw that I was waiting for a while. She told me she got me mixed up with another Erin that checked in a little after me and that I was supposed to be at the other building? Being a new client I was not informed that there were two buildings next to each other and that that particular doctor I was supposed see was at the other one. Also, very unprofessional that she didnt even ask for my last name and birthdate! No wonder why I was sitting in the waiting room for an hour. I had to reschuedul my appointment because I had to be somewhere by 4. Super annoying

I deal with caring for an elderly mother from a long distance and Edina Family Physicians, where my mother has been a patient for many years, has been extremely helpful in working with me by phone and accommodating our needs to provide excellent care for my mother.

Good Drs, too bad theyre so expensive... I went in, had a 15 minute talk for a prescription, and they charged me $265.... No labs, just a talk... No wonder premiums are skyrocketing.... Places like this are causing it!

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR MEADE FOR 25+ . I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS CLINIC AT ALL. I HAVE SEEN ONE OTHER MD NO PRONLEMS. I WOULD HIGHY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.
