Terrible experience every time Ive been here. Was prescribed acetaminophen for back after explaining that Tylenol was doing nothing for the pain. Could hear the doctor standing outside the exam room door talking about me and discussing with another person whether they thought I was there just to get pain pills. This was after I had given them documentation of having been to the emergency room a few days earlier for the back spasms. And before she had actually met me. Not very professional. Ended up asking my mom for some of her muscle relaxers and pain medication. Was left sitting in the waiting room for over two hours while having severe gall bladder pain because the desk staff forgot to actually check me in. Was told I needed to come back for a test in 10 days, made the appointment and came back only to be told that it was too soon, after the test was done so I was charged for the appointment. Which I had to pay for out of pocket. Was hassled by the security guard for drinking out of my water bottle. Apparently, youre not allowed to drink water here. At a doctors office. Not everyone there is completely incompetent, but if you want good medical care go someplace else. Update: Got a call from the nurse yesterday letting me know they would not okay a refill for my thyroid medication until I came in to have a test of my current levels. Fair enough, it needs to be done. Made an appointment with her for today, got there, and guess what? They forgot to actually make the appointment. What waste of time.

Ive been coming to this clinic for over a year now. Ive seen different doctors. Most of them are really good. I like to try and see the same doctors cause of my medical issues. I hate having to keep explaining everything everytime. And they are really good about it. I see Dr Levy. He is an amazing doctor. He takes his time to get to know you through each visit and really cares about your health. He will do whatever he can to make sure you are taken care of. Ive seen Dr Gathje she is also an amazing Dr and the same goes for her as well. I was really sick (still am) and she told me to go to the er. She made sure I went lol she called ahead to let them know I was coming. I didnt go that afternoon I waited until the next day. Well she called me and let me know that she knew I didnt go and shown great concern so I went. And Im so glad I did cause I found out how sick I Really was. So as far as those 2 I can say they are the best ones there. The nurses are awesome as well Ive gotten to know a few of them really well and they are amazing. But of course you will always have those that you wont ever go to again or dont like. Thats part of it. Wont like everyone. But find one you do like and you will have an amazing experience I promise..I dont like going anywhere else

Oct 2015. THIS CLINIC IS PRACTICING DISCRIMINATION IN MY BOOK. THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY IF YOU HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN YOUR HAND. When do doctors clinics have the right to turn sick people away because they brought food? Are they in the Healing business or the Cleaning business? Shame on this clinic for not caring about pregnant women or diabetics, whom often carry a snack to survive..and of course only do you find such treatment on the NORTHSIDE. Every doctors appointment Ive went to in my life, Ive carried a beverage along for the wait, but apparently in the BLACK COMMUNITY we are too dirty to be trusted with food in their precious clinic.

I have the most AMAZING DOCTOR at this clinic- Dr. Hubble is absolutely wonderful. Ive only ever had one bad experience here, and it was AWFUL- I saw another doctor because my pain medicine stopped working (I am clinically diagnosed with a chronic pain condition), and she REFUSED to give me anything other than a muscle relaxer that did nothing but make me so sleepy I still cant go to work. Dr. Patini (?spelling?) is not a doctor I will ever see again. What horrible doctor refuses pain medicine for someone who ACTUALLY NEEDS IT? What an awful experience that was.

I love the prenatal group but I hate the nurses supervisor shes very rude and she acts like she better than the next person she always picks on people she even got my mother terminated from the clinic for no reason this clinic has really changed for the worst I wouldnt recommend my dog to this clinic once I have my baby its a big possibly that I will no longer be coming to this clinic and its sad to say because Ive been coming here since I was a baby and Im going on 26 now

Strauman Chiropractic has been visiting Broadway Family Medicine clinics over the past few months and has had the opportunity to get to know a doctor or two, and some of the staff. Their staff is very kind and welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure that the patients feel comfortable when they arrive. The clinic is much larger inside than it looks on the outside. We look forward to getting to know them better!

Ive had a pretty good experience at the clinic whenever I went, they gave me a way out if my struggle an the DRs I dealt with were very understanding. That my opinion an I would recommend them. Maybe all if them aint the same put mine was great...
