The staff is amazing! So very respectful and just all around great people. However, the dr himself was a complete self absorbed ass! He scheduled me for a Wednesday twice which reminds u he doesnt work on that day and the second time he did it I had my 6 month old with me. He proceeded to kick me out and tell me not to come back because I asked him if he could please give me the correct medicine my next visit and to please schedule me on a day he actually works. He not only jeopardized my health but also his reputation. What grown professional speaks to a patient that way much less a lady. He is the most disrespectful man I have ever come across ans his license should be revoked!

This doctor saved my dads life. If not for the multiple boxes of free samples and for his help with signing off on a prescription assistance program.. my dad would not be able to afford the medicine that helped his major depression. My dad was on the brink of killing himself when I called and made an appointment with Dr. Ibrahim. Say what you want about his bedside manner, but he was there when it mattered for my dad. My own experiences with Dr Ibrahim have been good as well. I would still go there if I hadnt moved. I am forever thankful for his help and generosity.

This doctor office is by far the worst Ive ever experienced.Very rude and not the smartest by far.First of all I waited forever just to experience his rudeness.Now his staff were great.He got upset with me because I had my son at the visit.I told him what 1 year old you know that just be still and be quiet?(exactly not one) I never would refer nobody to him at all.To each its own,my first visit was my last.He is slow as hell.Thank God for insurance

This was the worse experience Ive encountered. The staff was sweet and professional but Dr.Ibrahim was rude obnoxious and all around disrespectful. Anyone that yells at a patient after the client apologized several times, needs his license taken. I advise anyone not to go here, period!! When you try to support a black man ,an AFRICAN FROM THE HOME LAND, BUT HE TREATS YOU UNRULY, THEN YOU DONT NEED MY SUPPORT AS A BLACK HEBREW WOMAN OR MAN!!

This is by far the WORST doctor in Shreveport! This man does NOT care about his patients! I dont know where he got his degree from, because he is so unprofessional! He doesnt refill my aunts medicine, she is on oxygen machines and when something calls for his action he does not DO IT! This office will be shut down soon the way it is run. I wont doubt it! I would not recommend this clinic to ANYONE!
