Just called in to this place and it was one the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctors office. The rude secretary says yest we are taking new patients and then stops herself and says wait you dont have chronic pain because doctor marsh doesnt like dealing with people with chronic pain. Then she goes through probably 20 questions trying to eliminate having to add me as a patient. Eventually I just said this isnt worth it. If you dont want to care for people dont become a doctor Fred Marsh. I just wanted to warn anyone else thinking about getting a new doctor so you know.

This doctors office has gone to crap. I still love Dr. Marsh, but his office is in disarray, never follows up on anything - Im getting sent to collections on bills that should have been billed to insurance and wasnt that I left with the new office manager/nurse, I drop off information pertaining to a new drug Id like to have him consider taking with the new office manager/nurse (odd combination by the way) and she does nothing with it. Very frustrating. And now, no one ever answers the damn phone!

By far one of the smartest and caring doctors I have ever had. He always is up to date on the latest and greatest diagnosis and treatments. You can tell he cares and really listens when you talk him. Thank you Dr. Marsh for always helping and caring about my issues. Highly recommend would give 10 stars if I could.
