DO NOT go see Dr. Haycraft. I made an appointment with her after taking a positive home pregnancy test. I was told to have a doctor confirm the positive test so I went to see Dr. Haycraft hoping she could refer me to an OBGYN in the area. The first thing she told me is "We use the same test as the at home tests, you didnt need to come in." I later found out from my new doctor, you do need the test done for their records. After making me feel like I was wrong to even come in she gave me the positive results and immediately recommended abortion saying it would be my "best option." She never asked how I felt about abortion! I told her I have been in a loving relationship for 3 years and she continued to search for abortion clinics in my area. I was in a very emotional state as it was, and I am very uncomfortable with doctors, so I was not sure what to say or how to handle this. I asked her for a recommendation for an OBGYN and she told me to call the hospital I would be delivering at and they could refer me. She gives me all sorts of info on abortion but not the info I requested. She made me feel ashamed to be pregnant! I will never go back to Dr. Haycraft or this clinic.

AVOID! This clinic is unorganized, unresponsive and does not care about you as a patient. They will let you go days without returning your calls when you request a prescription or have a question. Meanwhile you are sitting there waiting and waiting while you keep getting more ill. Having my records transferred immediately and taking my business to a place that puts their patients first.

A number of years ago I switched from another doctor in the clinic to Dr. Jane Flad because I was searching for a more understanding and patient "bedside manner". I am so glad I did. Dr. Flad is extremely thorough and efficient, and is also compassionate, considerate and helpful. I am very satisfied with Dr. Flad and would recommend her as a physician.

I had an appointment with Dr. Siegler and she was AMAZING! She is friendly, made me feel welcomed and did not judge me. Im not too sure why this place has poor reviews, I have had nothing but a positive experience with all the staff here. I highly recommend this clinic and going to see her!

Went in without insurance and got absolutely no help whatsoever. Instead I got lectured by the doctor about not having insurance. She told me to call the senator and ask for medical assistant. Ridiculous if you ask me. I would never go there again. Refund please.

Dr. Laural Haycraft is a waste of time. She treats you like a baby and coughs in your face! No joke! This woman is a healthy care PROFESSIONAL didnt cover her mouth and coughs in my face!!!!!! And to top it off she gave me bunk advice and wasted my time.

I go to see Michelle Christian and she is lovely. She listens and doesnt look down on her patients. She even helped me out when I didnt have health insurance. The wait for her is rather long though because she is so well liked.
