Came to clinic for our babys first 1 month follow up visit and there was an issue with her info being shown on our insurance. The receptionist was not the friendliest lady and was very hesitant on even seeing her, even though I called my insurance to clear up discrepancy. She kept questioning why we wanted a doctors visit today and I explained more than once it was because it was a one month follow up requested by our last doctors visit. Not the best experience. Low customer service qualities.

They have a sign that assures you can see the Dr. at any visit. I made an appointment to specifically see the Dr. and was told upon arrival to my appointment he was unavailable. The receptionist and nurse are far from Friendly. This was my second an last trip here. I had high hopes of finding a reliable, friendly, independent physician but that was far from the case. If you have another option for care I strongly suggest you go that route

Patient Care Family Clinic always get me in and out quickly. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see someone when I have an appointment. They and are always friendly and welcoming. When I tell them whats going on I feel like they actually take the time to listen and address whatever issue Im coming in for.

I waited almost 3 wks to go in to this dr & was refused service bc they SEEN a Medicaid card in my wallet. When I explained that Medicaid was expired bc I was no longer on it, I still was refused service. If that is not discrimination, I dont know what is, & Im not black.

The staff has always been very friendly with me, they schedule you in quickly, and I rarely wait more than 5 minutes. If I go through any of the Cox Health Systems offices, it may take a few months to get in, and you wait for close to half an hour.

The professionalism from the staff at this office is atrocious! Customer service is a word they do not know at all! If you want to be educated about your diagnosis or would like a kind person to help you....DO NOT GO HERE!
