My appointment was set for 10:30 am so naturally I got to the office over 30 minutes early to check in. I was not even called into the appointment until exactly 10:30, so at least on time but consider the lack of patients or NONE at all in the waiting room was suspicious. Then I was taken for vitals and brought to my room where I sat for over 20 mins without one person coming into the room. I finally opened the door at 11:55am to see both nurses gossiping right outside. When I voiced my concern and the I had to be at work in 5 minutes then told me" oh the doctors in the room next to you" and didnt even get off her chair to maybe even look for the doctor. I suffer from carpel tunnel and needed medicine before a trip over seas. I was told they had no available times so I asked for my copay to be refunded. Magically that afternoon two appointments opened up, and when I called the next morning to say the times couldnt work, then had one right that morning, which again was at the same time I work. Save yourself the aggravation and go to urgent care. Unreliable

Dr. TIAN. WORST DOCTOR I have ever experienced my entire life. I have been on a medication that is a type of narcotic for my severe anxiety that when I experience it, sends me into seizures. Instead of keeping her word about gradually trying to taper me down to a lower dose over the next 4 months as we discussed WITHOUT PERMISSION OR WARNING she cuts my entire prescription in half within my first refill in the first 30 days. Last time I ran out of that medication I almost died in the hospital with neurological problems from the sudden stop . She does not care about any of her patients well being, I myself am in the medical field and know the dangers of abruptly stopping this medication that can ultimately lead to DEATH. I spoke with her staff and none of them cared either. If you have any concern for tour own health or safety what so ever STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN!!!!

Dr. Tian is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! She caused me a year of terror! I have an anxiety disorder, and she made it worse! She started tapering off my meds, without my permission, abruptly stopping other meds without me knowing, which resulted in terrible side effects. Even my simple synthroid med, she changed it several times without me even knowing, as I picked up scripts of a lesser dose. She is unethical, unprofessional, and just dont care!!!! Avoid her at all costs! Im grateful to be away from her now and actually have a REAL doctor!!!!
