This is the worst hospital I have ever gone to. I went there for one obgyn appointment with Dr. Morris and it was a huge waste of time. It was my first appointment for my first pregnancy and she didnt tell me ANYTHING. I left there knowing just as much as I did going in. Not only that but she threatened to not let me be her patient because I failed a thc test. AND most of all, she took my blood and told me she was going to test it for pregnancy hormones to get an exact date for my due date, well she was supposed to call me back the next day to tell me the results, I didnt find out the results until TWO WEEKS later. Not because she didnt call me but because if you dont answer the call right away they make you call back and they NEVER EVER EVER EVER answer their phones you always have to leave a message and if you dont answer their call when they call you (which they call at terrible times like 5pm?? You cant even call them back after 5pm because they dont take calls that late, its rediculous) you dont get to talk to them until probably the next day or days later after you realize they arent going to call back and you have to call again and leave ANOTHER message. You basically play phone tag until you get lucky and answer your phone when they call. which idk about you but I keep my phone on silent and miss calls a lot because im busy. I dont think it is possible to ever get in contact with them if you have a job where you work till 5pm, you just wont ever get ahold of them ever. They just dont care about their patients. My advice, just dont even go there its a waste of time, find another hospital you will have a much better experience. Oh and did I mention that when I finally got ahold of her to find out how far along I was according to the blood test results, she told me that they didnt even test for that. Basically they either forgot or lied to me about that whole test. I was so mad. Oh and one more thing, She perscribed Zofran to me to help with the nausea and vomitting and she didnt even call it into my pharmacy until 5pm at night, my appointment was at 10am. It took her 5 hours and a call to remind her from me to get her to send the damn perscription to my pharmacy.

I have always had good luck at the Liberty Clinic. I would say if you are complaining about them not calling you back or rather you did not answer the call when the staff did call you back, that is your own fault; there is a button on phones in order for you to answer the call that is what you should use it for. It is up to the Doctors to give out the labs on the phone or not, that is their discretion. If you do not like the way that Doctor does business because he is covering his assets you have not had to worry about the law in the workforce yourself. To know that you could be sued for giving out information to someone over the phone because you might give it to the wrong person or that person has the right to a level of privacy that involves more than just a phone call. I have been going to Dr. Ryan Huyser for some amount of years and find him to have a good level of competence and knowledge that is very professional. He was referred to me by one of my specialist doctors whom takes his family to him and highly recommends him which was reason enough to try Dr. Huyser. He is great with children my niece goes to him and she likes him (I am sure as much as children like going to the Doctor). My spouse now goes to him since Dr. Owen is no longer with the group and has moved on to another position. He is happy with Dr. Huyser as well. Dr. Huysers staff is great and will take the best possible care of you as humanly possible. I am very happy with Him and the clinic. I also wanted to add one more thing, all too often many people forget or do not know, you are an active participant in you medical care no matter who is the Doctor. The final discussions are made by the patient. This is not to say that you have full control over the Doctor he/she must follow certain guidelines, rules and regulations that have been set forth to protect you the patient/consumer but you do have a say as to what goes on with you body.

Our adopted son was born at 28 weeks with several health concerns. When we brought him home from the hospital we were told to make sure we had a good pediatrician for him. Dr. Gerstner and her nurses have always taken the best care of our little guy. They always take time to listen to all our concerns and address each one (and when we were new parents there was a list of questions). They all have wonderful bedside manners and truly care about the health of their patients. We know we got the best pediatrician and nurses. When Dr. Gerstner has been unavailable we have seen a few other pediatricians, each one has been easy to talk to and very helpful. I cant remember all of the dr.s names but do remember a Dr. Anson as one that was very helpful. I could write a pages of all the wonderful things the staff have done for us. They take pride in their work and care to see their patients healthy and happy. Thank you Liberty Clinic for treating you patients with such love.

Ive been using Liberty Clinic for 20 years now. I started with Dr. Wilcox, but when she moved I was switched to Dr. Spurlock. She is a wonderful doctor and has always met my needs, and Ive needed her help often through the years. Originally I started using the clinic because I did my community health clinical rotation for my RN program at William Jewell College there. I was impressed by their efficiency and state of the art office equipment. One of the things Ive always appreciated is the short wait time for being seen by the doctor. Ive taken the time to write this, because I do not believe they deserve a mediocre rating on Google.

I have been a Paitent here since I was five and the location was by the liberty high school...I am now seeing doctor Owens and she is absolutely hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She is the only doctor Ive had that actually cares to listen about what I say and put my feelings and wants into the appointment. I have seen dr Patel as well and his nurse is phenomenal!!!!! I honestly liked his nurse more than him and that would be the reason I go back. As for the others complaining in the section about different doctors maybe try Owens or Patel. Never had a bad experience .

Im surprised at the two previous comments. I have always had great service. Dr Spurlock is informative, attentive and thorough. The lab personnel are pleasant and efficient. I know they recently moved to a 100% electronic/non-paper system and during that process they apologized multiple times for what they considered delays while they went through the migration and learning curve, but I never felt any real delay or neglect during the process. I am very, very satisfied with my choice of primary care and am so happy that I found a place where I feel very comfortable.
