I have been using chiropractic care for many years, and have been to several local chiropractors Nixa, Ozark and Springfield. I had the good fortune to receive a chiropractic adjustment form Dr. Mullin after the MS-150 bike ride and it was incredible how he was able to determine what I really needed and his techniques were so effective I felt brand new, even after a 100 mile bike ride. It was AMAZING. I later discovered that he was not in my insurance network and continued to visit other providers, but couldnt find anyone who approached the relief I got from being treated by Dr. Mullin. I eventually went back to see Dr. Mullin and he confirmed my original assessment. He worked his magic and I was relieved. Again, it was AMAZING! I have come to the conclusion that, even though I will have to pay for it, out-of-pocket, I will be going to Dr. Mullin for my chiropractic treatment. I have not found anyone else who even approaches the relief I get from Dr. Mullin. I wish that he would join my insurance network, but I have decided that I will go to him regardless, and I recommend him to all my friends and family. He does it right!

I had been to a Chiropractic office once before and vowed never to go again. Bad experience. I ended up having alot of digestive issues and pain due to a hernia. I saw every doctor, took every medicine, and took tons of painful tests. I was in a spot where I was like, what the heck? Lets do this thing, lets give chiropractors another go. I called Dr Mullin and he took the call personally. He took the time to explain what he could try and how it wasnt necessarily a fix. If it did help it may not last long but he would try his hardest. Finally someone honest! I also have tons of back/neck issues. Some from childhood, some from scoliosis, some tension and some injuries from being a massage therapist for years. My digestive symptoms have lessened and my neck feels better too. We are still working on things right now. Dr Mullin is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. His staff is friendly and efficient which seems to be hard to come by these days. They all make you feel really comfortable. Im really looking forward to the rest of my treatments and long term maintenance!

Waited a year and a half to inform us additional fees were added outside of our "health plan" that we had paid in full for before obtaining any services. As these services were performed on my mother who lives overseas and was only visiting at the time they were threatening me that they would turn me over to collections for her chiropractic services if I did not pay the $82.00 they indicated she owed. They kept indicating The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 as reason to not give me additional information on these services rendered outside of the "health plan" , but would then tell me it was for a massage on such and such date. Which breaks the HIPAA act of 1996. Be cautious of this company as they get you to buy these expensive "health plans" and keep you coming and coming instead of adjusting you and sending you on your way. Also obviously they do not have a grasp of the HIPAA act of 1996. BE CAUTIOUS

Dr. Mullin and his staff are professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. I moved back to Springfield and met David, Terri and their little boy at our hotel. I was impressed with them as a family. They are fascinating and personable people who are sensitive to peoples needs. Their whole office staff made me feel welcome and loved the second that I walked into Twin Oaks. Dr. Mullin effectively adjusted my back and neck. Within a very short time, my pain level went down drastically. Since my insurance benefits werewas already used on adjustments, they made an office visit payment plan that was quick and easy. I appreciate the professional, chiropractic, acupuncture and deep tissue massages. Lacy is a fantastic massage therapist worthy of your time and money! The BEST chiropractic clinic that I have ever been too. I started treatment with Dr. Mullin 2 months after my car accident when I was in so much pain. I had been to see 6 different medical doctors and not one of them could figure out why I was hurting, they just suggested pain pills and sent me on my way. Doc Mullin has done everything in his power to get me back to being me! With the help of the best massage therapist around, John Bradley, Im starting to feel like my old self again! John, is by far, the greatest massage therapist. Hes so caring and professional and has helped in getting rid of my severe headaches caused from the car accident. Im so thankful for the Twin Oaks Chiropractic team and the wonderful professionals that they are. I wouldnt be where I am, medically, if it werent for them!! I would highly recommend them!

This is my first experience with Twin Oaks Chiropractic and Acupuncture. I was referred to this business by my Insurance Company as being the only in network provider that performs acupuncture. I am totally impressed with the friendliness and kindness shown by all the staff. I appreciate Dr. Mullin being not only informative but also witty in the midst of adjustments which is distracting so that I relax instead of tensing up making the adjustments easier on both of us. I have also utilized his acupuncture treatment in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments to aide in resolving planter’s fasciitis. Will report back at the end of my treatment to let all know how successful this is and the end results.

I have had a serious issue with Vertigo over the past month. It has been affecting me at work, home and everything I do. A friend told me to call a Chiropractor and thats what I did. Last Saturday, I went in for an evaluation and Doc told me my ears are retaining fluid causing Vertigo. He immediately ordered a head message to help open the tubes. That did help and my vertigo was about 90% gone. I went in today to get my adjustment and he did something to make the tubes drain even more. Im now not experiencing any Vertigo symptoms. Im so glad this worked since Ive been on two medication prescriptions with no relief. Thank you Twin Oaks!

I started going to Twin Oaks at the end of September after a car accident. Dr. Mullins really knows what hes doing and put me at ease right away. I have seen several chiropractors over the years but never felt as comfortable as I do at Twin Oaks. Dr. Mullins is always good for a laugh too. Kayla has also been great and shes always really helpful. I just had my last massage last night with Krystal and it literally was the best massage I have ever had. She was really nice and also made me feel comfortable. My entire experience has been amazing and I will continue my adjustments and massages with them in the future.

Last week I injured my back (no idea how). After a few days of living with the pain, it became progressively worse. Over the weekend I was unable to move it hurt so bad! Google lead me to Twin Oaks, as they had weekend hours. I called their office less than an hour before they closed expecting to be told they wouldnt accept any new patients that late in the day - but they told me to come in right away. I am so, so grateful for their kindness in getting me in and staying late to make sure I was taken care of. The care was thorough and not rushed at all (although they had every right to be on a holiday weekend).
