An appointment was made with Dr. Pollard for an infected tooth. He was able to get my son in within 3 days. the first appointment went very smooth and Dr. Pollard explained each step and made my son very comfortable. He called the next morning to see how he was feeling. He had an appointment the following week and had to have some teeth removed. The appointment went well and my son returned home. After being home for seven hours, his bleeding was still heavy. My son has diabetes and it was a concern with the blood sugars increasing. Dr. Pollard was available after hours and talked him through the treatment. Dr. Pollard called the next morning to have my son return to his office to have a follow up. He was seen at 8:30 a.m. when the office opened. Dr. Pollard treated my son with medicated gauze and antibiotics. Two days later my son felt great and was back to normal. Dr. Pollard gave care that was over and beyond what was expected from anyone in the field. His detailed attention puts him above the rest. If you are looking for a dentist to make you feel at ease and comfortable he is the dentist to make an appointment with very soon. His knowledge with dentistry and insurance is phenomenal, and his bedside manner above that. I highly recommend Dr. Pollard to everyone, every age.

Today was my first visit with Bogey Hills but you would have thought I had been going there for years. They were able to fit me in last minute and help me with my pain. The office is so clean and really up to date on technology. They called me my preferred name immediately and talked to me about my pregnancy. The dental assistants were so sweet and comforting. I hate getting the numbing shots and the assistant was patting my arm the whole time and smiling. There was no wait and I saw the dentist within minutes. You would have thought I was there only patient. When I left the receptionist, who wasnt the one checking me out, came over and asked how it went. She remembered me from the phone hours beforehand. The office made me feel so at ease and made going to the dentist less intimidating. My husband will be going there as well now. If you are looking for an office with a personal touch and respect for you and your time along with a friendly and educated staff, Bogey Hills is the place for you. So happy to have found this gem.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Bogey Hills Dental with Dr. Pollard and his wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and remember you and always have something to talk about! I am newer to the St. Charles community and am very grateful that I found such a wonderful dental practice! I had to get my FIRST filling this past visit and everyone made it very relaxing and as fun as you can make getting a filling! The staff is very patient and always made sure I knew what was going on, what was going to happen next and why! (These are all very important to me...especially when I do not know what to expect!) I had questions a few days later and the staff member who answered the phone took a lot of time to listen to me and talk! It is just wonderful how friendly, happy and caring the staff and Doctor are! I would definitely recommend Bogey Hills Dental to people who are looking for a nice place to go! I guess it would also be important to note that the prices are also very fair and reasonable!

I am from near Syracuse, NY working in the area when an anchor tooth broke off my partial. I called and was in that afternoon for an exam and received professional treatment in a squeeky clean facility. Alicia at the front desk delt with my insurance company, Dr. Pollard reviewed several different treatment plans with estimates so we knew what it would cost. Just refreshing to deal with nice professional people. Great job. I worked in the area last year and saw Dr. Pollard for some work on my lower teeth. Now working in the Detroit area and had an issue, saw two different dentists that had "car salesman" attitudes. Sign on the line we will finance you...pushy and disgusting. Made a call to Brandon Pollard and discussed my issue. I came from Detroit to see him Wednesday 8/16/17. Great job, super staff, totally professional and received an honest accessment and the work went as reviewed. I will come from New York next year for my check up. Great job. Thanks to all. I was pretty much giving up on my dental health altogether before I finally found Bogey Hills Dental. I called to verify they took my insurance, and the receptionist was super nice and friendly and just made me feel like I was worth her time. So I went in to get a filling I had needed for a while, and Dr Pollard was EXCELLENT. I have loathed going to the dentist since I was a teenager, but Dr Pollard is not at all a mean dentist. Hes really caring and informs you of what theyre going to do. He has experience unlike many dentists in this area. (I was getting tired of getting referred to other specialist when I knew my dentist should be able to handle my dental work!) I cant stop raving to everyone I know with teeth that they need to go see him. I even convinced my mother who lives near Washington to come see Dr Pollard. She has been happy with him after avoiding the dentist for years.

I wanted to say how incredibly sweet, caring and considerate Dr. Pollard and staff have been. My wife has had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past to the point where it was almost phobic. Because of that, I have been on guard with anything relating to dental treatment. After seeing Dr. Pollards approach to her and her fears, I was actually able to relax and smile at how... just simply KIND he was. You dont see this often at many medical facilities and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Bogey Hills Dental. If you are in the same boat of fearing a cleaning or filling, even consultation, I urge you to consider Dr. Pollard and Bogey Hills Dental. This is a terrific dental practice. I am very picky and with other dentist offices have had good, so-so and now a great experience here. They are punctual and efficient from the time I made the appointment for myself and two 10 year old kids, to the text reminder through the checkup and out the door with clean teeth. Bogey Hills is friendly and inviting. It has a Wii game system in a side lobby where the kids can go while waiting but away from adults reading magazines quietly. Yet still visible for mom/dad. This last visit I had a cavity to be filled - something I dread. It was surprisingly pain free and feels great now. I believe they have flexible hours so evenings can work for those who cant get off work early. Highly recommend for you and your family dentist office.

As a child I developed a fear toward dentist found them painful simply no desire to take time with me and talk me through treatments. So I just stopped going. Not a good idea my teeth began to fall out and I resolved the fact I needed dentures. I found Dr Pollard through my daughter. After my first consult Dr Pollard listened to why I had my fears and assured me he would go slow and explain everything. I didnt need dentures but do need a partial he has filled my teeth and even pulled one. I am completely happy with his services and happy to say I trust him completely. I no longer fear my trips to the dentist. The staff is GREAT! Everyone takes a real interest in your care and comfort! I strongly recommend Dr Pollard he has changed my life and putting my smile back on my face!
