The vets and staff at Northwest Animal clinic are fabulous!!! We have three large dogs and have been going to them for over 6 years now. We transferred from a large chain vet that was always pushing more meds and services to gain more income. It was not about the animal, just the profit. NW is not like that. They do not try to push unnecessary things. We recently went on vacation and used there boarding services for the first time. The dogs loved it. They were VERY well cared for. When they came home they were not stressed out from being in a kennel for eight days and they didnt smell (no bath was given before we picked them up). I received daily pictures of them playing outside and messages of their daily activities. Thank you NW vets and staff for the great work you do.

The Good Life

Great service from the vet. I still think the receptionist could have helped when my dog was freaking out bc of other dogs. She should have been more prepared to help out. I am a receptionist myself and I know when and how to help. Its common sense. And part of the job. Just saying. But the vet herself was great w my babies so thats why I keep coming back to her. Thats why I transfered them from a bigger place to this smaller more hommie location. Thanks.

Ive been taking my cat here for a couple of years now. She absolutely hates going to any vet, and is not any different with going here. However, this vet is extremely patient and loving with her. I wouldnt take my kitty anywhere else. Ive been in several animal hospitals and there is always an "odor" of animals, but this place is soooo clean and fresh smelling. Highly recommend this place!

We love these guys! We have seen both docs a couple of times as well as boarded our dogs here. They are the best, knowledgeable, compassionate and reasonably priced. Just took our little dog in this morning for some stomach problems, very satisfied with the diagnosis and care he received. Great staff, feel very lucky we found this clinic. We would recommend to everyone!

This place is Amazing! All the Staff are kind and courteous. They always have time slots available when you need them. You are in and out there is not a long wait time. They are very affordable. We take all three of our dogs here and all five of our cats here. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who has fur babies! Keep up the Good work!

My cat has been here twice in the past few years for abscesses on her face. The veterinarian was incredibly kind and very gentle with her. They took great care of her and were very reassuring. It feels great to know there is such a nice place in the neighborhood to take my sweet cat when she needs help.

Made an appointment for 10:15 and got there for our appointment and were told that we made it for 8:00 even though we confirmed our time earlier in the week. The receptionist could have cared less and simply told us we could wait but it was going to be quite a while. You lost a customer today.

Good people who take good care of my dog. Dr. Houst and Dr. Kielian are friendly, thorough, and always answer my questions and their genuine love for animals is very apparent. The techs and staff are great. I am comfortable leaving my dogs health in their hands.

I have two kittens. After doing some research, I chose these people. When I got my cats shots done, they were very professional and caring for them. From the front desk to the docs office, everyone cared for them like they were their own. Highly recommend!

Always a friendly and caring staff. I can not say enough. Only issue I have had has been wait time to be seen. Have sat for 45 min in waiting room before being seen.

I took my kitten to this Vet for services and two days later my cat dies. after seeing these DRs. the next day my cat experienced seizers then he died......
