Horrible experience will never take any animal there ever again. Took my dog in today as his face was swollen. Was told that it was a tooth that had abscessed and need to be extracted, and that this would involve him staying and being put under, but they could do the procedure the same day and that I could call and check on him and see how he was doing. After calling 4 times, as nobody would answer the phone, the person that answered the phone, just read what was in the computer and could not answer any of my questions. Was never passed to any body that actually knew how my dog was. When I arrived to pick up my dog, paid my bill (which included $103 for a teeth cleaning and polishing, which I was never informed was going to happen and his teeth did not look touched other than one was missing) and given his meds, eventually the receptionist went to the back and brought my dog out and dismissed me. Nobody met with me to explain what was done, if he was able to eat his regular food or needed something special for a couple days, no idea if he had his meds for the day or if I needed to give his meds for today. Very disappointed in the lack of service and deception as to what was going to be done and billed for. Very disappointed and will not be back.

My favorite small town vet! Each time Ive stopped in during the past 5 years, they are extremely busy and do their best to answer everyones questions and phone calls. Ive always had returned calls when I leave a VM. They are one of the most affordable clinics in the area which keeps them crazy busy. My dogs scream with excitement when we enter the parking lot, they love Dr. Whitehouse and the clinics long time Vet Tech, Deb. Tim is always running between rooms, answering calls and helping guests in the lobby whenever Im waiting my turn. We give them 2 dew claws up! We highly recommend Dr. Whitehouse for your vetting needs! She is very kind and caring when it comes to animals and takes time with her clients no matter how big or small the issue/concern is with your fur babies.

When I took my rabbit in for a check up there were two ladies at the front desk. One was an older woman and the other was a younger woman possibly in her 30s. The younger woman seemed very stressed out and appeared to be taking her anger out on the older woman. She rolled her eyes a few times because the older woman wasnt doing everything quite right and was saying rude things about the way she was taking to a customer on the phone. It made me very uncomfortable. The vet was very kind and helpful, but I will not be back due to the woman at the front desk. I know if I was having trouble at my job and someone treated me that way I would not want to work there. She seemed to have no respect for this older woman and I hope things get better for her.

I have been going here with my 5 boys (dogs) for 14.5 years. Dr. Jody is the BEST! He has taken care of all our dogs. The attention they give to our boys is just awesome. Unfortunately, we have had a bad 2017. We had to put two of our boys to sleep, both were Cocker Spaniels, Toby was 14 and Sammy was 11, he lost his battle with cancer. When we had to make those decisions Dr. Emily was so caring and sympathetic she really helped us get through the process of sending our boys to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I would strongly recommend Dr. Jody and Dr. Emily to anyone!

Went there for a free check up for a kitten I purchased from Petsmart and will NEVER go back. Every time you call, the phone just rings and goes into a voicemail. Then it takes a whole day for someone to actually call you back (happened to me both times I called them and the last call was about the medicine I received from them to give my kitten). The lobby smelled like urine and the vet that looked at my kitten didnt even do a "checkup" besides weigh him and check him for ear mites. All around horrible experience.

Weve been taking our furries there since I moved to the area and theyve been a fixture in the community forever. Scheduling can sometime be kind of tight but you get their full attention when its your turn. Jody was exceptionally compassionate when our ailing lab was going through his last days and really went above and beyond for us. It isnt fancy, but fancy is for you and theyre there for your pets.

I am so beyond happy with our vet, Emily, at Strohbehn Veterinary Clinic! She has went above and beyond in her care for our old and beloved kitty who was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has been having some troubles. She really cares about our pet and it shows! Thank you so much for all of the time and dedication youve provided to Callie to make sure she gets to feeling like herself again!!!

Very happy with this clinic - we have been taking our pets here for about five years now and wont be switching unless our vet moves! :) It can be very busy at times, but just be patient and understanding - these guys and gals are hard workers. Dr. Emily is our vet of choice - extremely knowledgeable and very kind to our animals, treating them as if they were her own!

I love this vet clinic. My whole family and I take all of our animals there! The vet I see the most is so nice and treats the animals with so much care. They get my animals in as early as they can. I will never take them to any other vet. I couldnt thank them enough for everything they do for the animals.

If your pet needs emergency surgery they can do it my baby girl was having problems giving birth so...we had to go c section doctor em,did wounderful work ...now 4 happy little shihzus.thanks again for such great service .
