I have lived in Las Vegas for 24 years and this place has the worst customer service. The first time I called thinking I had an appointment at the Seven Hills location and it ended up being at the Post location. The lady on the phone confirmed the location. When I showed up at the Seven Hills office the lady at the counter (Tiffany) made me feel like an idiot. She basically said oh well you need to reschedule. Today I went in (yes I was late for one appointment) but the 2nd appointment for my son was at 4p. The lady on the phone confirmed we had 2 separate times. I show up today and they had the same attitude oh well you need to reschedule. Tiffany (again) chimed in and said Im sorry but there is no way that the lady on the phone could have scheduled you because the system doesnt allow her to do that. I told her how was I supposed to know that??? Man, I give this office 5 stars for treating patients like crap and making you feel how much its your fault and your problem. The ladies at the counter need to take a customer service 101 class because as Tiffany is telling me this, everyone working at the counter didnt even flinch like this is normal how we speak to patients. As I was leaving another patient stopped me and told me how horrible these ladies are and that lady in particular, Tiffany, is so good at treating patients like crap. He noticed my son had special needs and he insisted that I take his place and take his appointment. I thanked him and told him that I will never walk into that office again for the way they treated us. Thank you Tiffany for making us feel like crap. Look in the mirror also, you should smile maybe because you work in the service industry.

Mismanagement or just down right disrespectful of patients time? My appointment was at 9am, so I arrived at 830a to check in. I asked at 907a if they forgot about, the front desk said she would check with the back office personnel. I sat back down and I was finally called back at 925a. The doctor came in at 932a and I was out at 945a. So, what makes it okay for doctors to be late to see their patients? Is it the their staff to fail at time management or is it the doctor not caring to respect others tine. Either way it is so frustrating to NEVER have on time customer service.......

Was not given any service and charged $109.00 for absolutely nothing. I asked for my bill to be removed and they told me their is nothing they can do. I will not recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service and respect for patients. If you say you do a service and cannot provide why charge someone! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Please avoid this place at all cost!

Both locations have been great to my husband and me. They accommodated us with dual appointments and tandem appointments from the dermatology office (Galina) in Henderson to the cancer treatment office (Clint behind them because of transportation issues with my husbands wheelchair. Galina was very caring and helpful. Clint and Dr. Pomerantz have been wonderful. No complaints and highly recommend them.
