my first appt brought all my medical records (she didnt look at them) I have many medical issues ..she asked me if I needed referals and meds..i needed a mammogram her asst does referrals I had to call 6 times for this bad first impression .she stayed in the room about 10 mins very disappointed I drove an hour for this ..2nd appt cause I needed a pre op (g.I. office) faxed the paper since I am used to being a babysitter I brought them but looks like no one in there looks at files..i asked her to send back my disability papers as shes named as my dr she said I dont know when I will ever get to them REALLY?? she is not judge and jury if I get disability ..I have had 6 surgeries in 5 1/2 yrs 3 chronic conds and she could care less to look at my medical history again barely let me speak asked her about hormone replacement since I am in menopause that she had a partial hyst at 28 and didnt take them again didnt look at my medical records I have many issues ugh we are not the same so, I need to deal with headaches and hot flashes because she didn;t take hrt ..needless to say going to find another dr

Had my first appt and I was very disappointed. I waited an hour to be seen WITH an appt. and then She never even examined me, did not listen to my heart, lungs, check my throat or neck, did not check my ears. Sorry but my last doctor did that at every appt. did not even ask me how I was feeling! All she did was give me a new script for my meds. My last doctor wud not refill my scripts because I had not seen him in over 6 mths and she had no problem filling them out without an exam or any lab work. Not a very good doctor. Appt was very rushed, and I heard another patient complain that he had been waiting for too long. I think I need to find another doctor. I miss my old doc, now he was great!

I would give zero star. The secretaries are impolite and they just dont care about you!! I was needed a referral from them. I called them. and the lady on the phone told me, that she is gonna take care of referral and when it is ready, she is gonna call me back. After couple of weeks, she didnt call me, and I call them asking about referral. Another lady on phone told me that they need some note from my last doctor why I need referral!! And I asked, why they did not tell me at first!! She said , there was another lady, not her!! My experiences with them is that THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!! And I have no good experiences with the Doctor!!

Dr. Cressey is the most caring and sweet, but still professional, Doctor that I have ever worked with. I have had many health issues and used to get anxious going to get medical attention until I had the privilege of working with Dr. Cressey. She cares for each one of her patients, takes time to answer my cares and concerns over my health. My insurance plan changed recently and she has continued to offer the best care. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Cressy is a fantastic physician. She has been my PCP for years. She makes things very easy. Is kind, always remembers what is going on in my life and to ask about specific important events. She is thorough, caring and never nickel and dimes you. Id recommend her to anyone.

As a former patient I can unequivocally say that she is not a knowledgable physician. Moreover, her staff is incompetent and incredibly rude. Its very surprising that her practice is still open.
