I moved to Las Vegas 6 months ago and needed to see a dermatologist for a skin re-check as I had previously had some suspicious moles removed. When Dr.Woodson came in , I explained to her what my previous Dr in Chicago had told me and even showed her the 3 spots that needed to be re - examined and re-biopsied. After literally spending 3 minutes doing and full body check and looking at those spots she told me that I was fine and to come back in a year. I asked if she wanted the records from my previous Dr so that she could see whats going on and she told me to give the info to the nurse on the way out and she would review them. I gave this info in March, its now AUGUST and I havent received any kind of a call back!! This is a very uncaring office from the front desk all the way to the Dr. How do you even do a full body skin check in 3 minutes and not care about the concerns of your patients or problems that previous Drs have told you about?!? Living in Chicago all my life and having many skin checks, I have NEVER had one take less than 10 min and the Drs there are caring and actually DONT want you to get skin cancer! I heard Healthcare in Nevada wasnt the greatest, but this Dr is absolutely horrible. DONT go to this office if you actually want to be treated because they dont care at all! Guess I shouldve read the YELP review before going to this place!

HORRIBLE!! Their customer service is terrible. Their phone system is terrible. They are not helpful. They dont ask any questions so as to help you accomplish what you are trying to accomplish. They dont value your time. They prescribe medications that cost hundreds upon hundreds of dollars without explaining that when prescribed. Their office visit fees are exorbitant. The service is not personal at all. The place is run like a puppy mill. Horrible experience thus far. Ive tried to reach them by phone when it was convenient for me.. and that wasnt convenient for them.. They know how to reach me if they want to rectify my experience.

I honestly dont know how Dr Woodson gets any new patients in the door. Her staff is so incredibly rude. I used to be a regular patient for years ONLY because there was a doctor there I really liked. She was so great that I was willing to put up with the horrible staff. I just called back to see if that doc was still there, thinking that if she wasnt I would just make an appointment with any doctor. But, the woman who answered was so rude that I just said forget it when I found out my doctor was no longer there. Im actually happy I never have to visit this office again.
