This group has a nice clean area but its due to the money they keep taking from you. They will set up a action plan to help your animal and will give you one free follow up office visit. But if the problem is not fixed they will charge you again. Its a 60$ office visit every time you go. Then you pay for the action of the Dr. As well as the medicine. I called about my dogs ear infection to tell them it didnt work and i was there just last week and the woman sarcasticly said "sorry theres nothing we can do. If you bring him back in we can try again but there will be a 60$ office visit, 50$ ear swab test, then the 40$ for the dose of medication. Im very dissatisfied with the service I received here and i do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have 2 great boxers, however 1 is just not excited about his trips to the vet. Myrna is the 3rd vet Ive had bcuz of his behavior (and lack of patience and responsibility from other vets). Myrna is AMAZING with his needs... I cant even imagine not having her in my furbabies lives!!! If you are looking for a vet that is patient, thorough, well educated, communicative, wonderful with and all about the animals... just AMAZING in general... (and not a money hound)... this is her!! Im telling you from the best Interest of my 2 boys, my moms dog and the 3 other friends that bring their furbabies to Myrna... she is AMAZING and her husband who works beside her, is an added friendly bonus :)

I also travel from MA to take my dog to Myrna in Londonderry. She cares about people taking care of their pets and doesnt drain your bank account in the process. The most reasonably priced with a get down on the floor and let me check him out kind of care being provided. Very comforting and reminiscent of old school care.

She cares about the animals taken to her and even remembered a dog of mine who had passed away years before I brought my new dog to her. Would suggest the vet to anyone.

My mother has called twice about an issue with my dog, and each time the person who answered said someone would call back, and nobody has. Now they are out until April.
