My Angel Stephany Anne a shih tzu and fury child of mine for 12 years passed away. I was heart broken and deviated and didnt know what to do being new to the area a friend recommended Mercey. The staff there will be my vet forever when I am ready for a new fury kids as they handled it with grace. Much to my Joy when my husband brought home the ashs they were in a beatific wooden urn ready for a photo. A pack of seeds to make a garden in her memory a sympathy card along with a companion coin and certificate . Besides all that and not to sound cold but a friend told me he paid double what I did at another vet for a rabbit and it was given back to him in a card board box. This office and staff is about compassion and love and not making the big bucks. The reality is had they been open and not the so called emergency care for pets whos name I will not say but it is the nick name of Rhode Island. they sat me down and told me what could save my love but they needed 3000.00 or they will do nothing. Stephany passed that night . Mercey would never let that happen .had I known of Mercey sooner my angel would ha email never went to that awe full money suckling so called emergency unit. Good vet, very good guy. My three dogs onxy jayde and dozer go there and are always well takin care of.. He is deff very careing.. Took almost all his staff and myself to hold down my 100 pound German Shepherd who was freaking out and did not want us to check his ears.. They were all extremely gentle with him and VERY VERY patient...would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone.

Dr. McMillan is a VERY CARING VET. I recently had to bring my MaineCoon in as an emergency and he took his time to find the problem, which was unusual for her age. He was wonderful explaining the problem and even took a picture to show me. If left untreated she would not be with me. Thank you, Dr. McMillan. PS: The fee was very reasonable.

Dr McMillan is like no other vet you will ever meet. He honestly loves his job and the animals. His office vist price is the lowest you will find on top of it. He wont try and sell you special food like most of the vets out there. I have been a customer since he opened and would never go anywhere else.

Ive had eight pets over the last dozen years and every one of them went to Mercy. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they genuinely care about and want to help every single animal. Theyre also much cheaper than many other hospitals. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

dr mcmillan is a great vet,he may be harsh at times,but he is fair and honest cause i guess he cant get emotionally involved.but he does care.and does show compassion when your hurting as much as your pet.thank you dr mcmillan. david rossi.and snowball.

I needed a place to take my dog to be euthanized as my vet had closed. They were kind and thoughtful of my situation and fit us in that day even though we were not customers. The doctor was very kind and gentle with my dog.
