Dr Consliglio. and the staff of WSAH are consummate professionals. They go above and beyond to ensure that you and your pet feel comfortable and welcomed. They also very clearly love and understand the animals they work with. I have never gone to another multi-vet clinic where I could honestly say I felt entirely comfortable with the knowledge and expertise of every vet in the practice. While Dr. C. is our "main" vet; we have also seen Doctors Gelsomino and Proulx and have found them both to be very competent and caring professionals. The doctors take their time ensuring that you understand your pets medical issues, are happy to answer questions and are willing to work with you as a partner in your pets medical care. All of the med techs and assistants are equally caring and competent. We tried A LOT of clinics before settling here - a good vet is hard to find - and these guys (or gals) are good.

Simply amazing... the kind and compassion west shores staff showed my family and dog (koby). we were a drive in , my dog was having a medical emergency. We just pulled in and ran our dog in to them, the staff was amazing. They took him immediately and saved his life and prepared us to transport him to Ocean state hospital ... I was told by the staff at Ocean state, West Shore clinic checked on Koby even after we left their care. They even called us to check on us the next day. They are amazing it showed they really do care .... We will always be thankful! ... This story has a happy ending, Koby is home doing well and back to his normal self, all thanks to West Shore!!! -Sincerly, the Jesters

The doctors and staff at West Shore Animal Clinic are great! I changed vets over the course of last year and Im glad I found this practice. My dog recently had a health issue and it was handled promptly and professionally. After his visit the staff sat down and played with him and gave him lots of attention. Also this is the only vets office I know of that has a grassy walking are for dogs; as well as makes sure there are no negative interactions among their animals waiting for care. I leave there confident he is getting quality care.

I have been taking my furry babies to Dr. Consiglio at West Shore Animal Clinic for five years. I have an eighteen year old cat so I have seen many vets throughout the years until I found Dr Consiglio. My animals are in the best hands ever. You get compassionate care with no judgment and no pushing to do tests you cannot afford. The staff at West Shore Animal Clinic work with you and they really do care about your animals. I found the best forever vet for my babies. If you want your animals in the best hands ever, look no further.

We adopted a 6 year old Boston Terrier from a local animal shelter--and I couldnt be happier with Drs Consiglio and Gelsomino, both have been extremely helpful in learning to stop our Bostons allergies. He went from being a very itchy doggie to a very happy playful doggie. The staff is wonderful, taking their time with each patient and I have to say...I have a doggie that LOVES going to the vet! He slathers them with kisses...even after getting his shots!

Beware of this practice, especially if you are neutering or spaying an animal. They will use that as an opportunity to run unnecessary tests., and X-rays.. Ask for Lab Test results! They will say your pet has parasites and not show you the test results-When you request "test" results -the parasite diagnosis magically disappears-Dishonest practice run by a corporation out to make money..There are many more honest and qualified Vets in RI..RUN!!

They are overpriced. They gave bad service. They insisted on muzzling my dog even though she never growled or bit anyone. The front desk is not organized. The vet technicians wanted to charge me for services that were already performed. I told them why dont you check your records and she was like. They are all the way at the front desk. I was like go get them. This place is the worst vet Ive been to in Warwick out of three. Awful awful awful..

Worst service ever!!! I came in for an emergency after my puppy had just gotten attacked by another (only clinic that was close to us). First thing they did was give me an attitude, when I was clearly standing there hopeless with my critically injured puppy. I just wanted them to check if my pup was going to be alright. But, all you guys cared about was the money! They never helped my puppy. Never going there again.

I brought my cat in for what I thought was a UTI. They told me some nonsense about swollen kidneys and made me get blood and urine tests. Turns out his kidneys are FINE and he just needed a shot for a UTI. What should have been a $120 bill became a $340 bill as a result. STAY AWAY! They run up your bill on purpose just to make a quick buck.

Dr Consliglio truly cares about the heath of the animal. She offers her professional opinion and advises which treatment options she thinks will work best, yet she is understanding of each individuals financial reality. She works with you to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. I will never go anywhere else ever again!

Me and my family have been taking our cat and guinea pigs to see Dr. Consiglio since 2009. The staff at this practice is wonderful. They truly care about your animals. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Even my cat is more comfortable here than at any other veterinary practice! Great service and Care!

I have been bringing my cat for his care and check ups to West Shore Animal Clinic for years. The staff and Dr. Consiglia are so caring and professional. They know the cat well and treat him kindly. There are other vet services nearby but I would never trust my cats care to anyone but them.
