Getting in with this office, I should have seen the red flags. We submitted our documents, and they said theyd call us within 2 weeks when they were ready to schedule. 4 different new patients, they didnt follow up on any of them. We contacted them after 3 weeks or so and they were ready to schedule. My family has had 3 appointments here. They gave us cards as reminders, and I marked it in my calendar on my phone so it would remind me, as I have done with all other appointments. 2 out of the 3 appointments we had, they told us we came in at the wrong time. One time they had listed is definitely not a time I would have said yes to scheduling. They must have put it in their system wrong at the time we scheduled them. One appointment was for my wife - and they made accommodations, and got her in quickly to make up for what they told us was our mistake (it wasnt). The other was for my stepdaughter, who is now overdue for her 3-year physical, and they wont reschedule because they hadnt seen her before. I really liked Dr. A from the time I saw him with my wife, and I liked how conveniently located it is, especially since we were without solid transportation, but if the receptionists cant even do their job right, how can I trust the competency of the other staff there?

I have been seeing Dr. Andrecyk for several years now after I had some problems that other PCPs would ignore, telling me I wasnt old enough to have these issues. Dr. A has never been condescending to me, and when he hasnt known the answer to something, he has immediately sent me to a specialist. The problem I had previously was swiftly resolved after he sent me to a breast cancer specialist. I am a healthy 31 year old woman, and I drive 20 miles to go to him. I have not seen Dr. Rodriguez, but I have on occasion seen Stacey Rhyne and I find her a great second if Dr. A is not available. I greatly enjoy this practice and have never had a problem. As far as the other bad review goes... kids should be going to pediatricians. And no matter where you go there is the potential to have unfriendly front staff. I havent had a problem with them either, but then again, I always go in there with a friendly attitude myself.

I agree with previous review on all points. Dr. A is thorough and takes the time necessary to work through problems. I have never felt rushed. Sometimes there may be a small wait, but I never mind because I know I will get the time that I require just like everyone else. I also appreciate the fact that this practice doesnt just throw medicine at you to fix something. They are a little more holistic, and well versed on the latest information available. We drive almost 40 minutes to this practice, and it is worth it.

Not kid friendly. Should not be seeing kids since they are not pediatricians. ARNP is a wack job. Dr.A and DR. Rodriguez are great if you can get past some of the bafoons that work there. Not worth driving to if you live in Dover. If your older and cant drive far then maybe. The older the secretaries get the meaner they are.

I love this doctors office I used to see Rebecca Jaques who moved but I now see a different doctor there and have seen the two main care providers and I love them. Ive never had an issue with any nurse doctor or receptionist there. They are great and great with my kids, when they go with me.
