This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have been to in my entire life. Privacy laws seem to be irrelevant to the staff. I recieved a call from a friend telling me that one of the nurses (named Brittany I believe) there had told them all about my visit to the office in detail. Not only were they told about the flu like symptoms I was having, but was also told my exact weight (which I was uncomfortable with due to a recent weight gain). Everytime I have ever called in to make an appointment or request medical records, I have been placed on hold for 5+ minutes, as if your time does not matter. I would not recommend this office to anyone and you should stay as far away from this office as you can! There are plenty of other good doctors offices on the South Shore.

Great experience from the reception desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Chennette himself as well as the check out process. Everyone was nice and friendly and the doctor was especially careful to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable.
