I just took my 3 year old son there under the recommendation of my pediatrician and they were great. I know most reviews can tend to be about complaints so I wanted to make sure they were recognized for a job well done. I apologize for not knowing the two womens names, but they knew what they were doing. As a mother I was dreading taking him because as you can imagine any type of pain or discomfort my son feels affects me tremendously. My son must have known what was coming because he was having a triple threat nuclear, meltdown. They didnt appear annoyed, which with a toddler you are bound to experience in public. They were calm and instructed me how to hold him properly so they could do everything quickly. And quickly is exactly how it went. The whole process of checking in with paperwork, since we were never there before, being called back, waiting our turn and giving blood probably took 20 to 30 minutes. Which with a toddler time is constantly too slow for them so that helped a lot. They not only coached my son that he was doing great but they also coached me that I was doing a great job because to be completely honest I was sweating and crying through the process too. All In all I know I would definitely recommend coming here especially if you have a child to get any kind of lab work done. Thank you to ladies that made everything a little easier for me and my son. Youre definitely rockstars in my book!

It was horrible. There was no privacy. No phlebotomist there pulled the curtains closed, so all patients were out in the open. They called patients to the back but there was no waiting area so we all stood and lined up on the wall to watch others getting drawn. The curtains should have been drawn shut while patients were getting drawn. I dont want to see my own blood let alone others. ALSO, I noticed that most patients had band-aids on both arms as did I when I left. I was poked three times and after the first 2 times, the associate I had called another for help. After 3 unsuccessful tries to draw enough blood, the second phlebotomist started to look for a vein in my hand and thats when I asked for my paperwork back to leave. I have to go back to get drawn again and I will not return to that location.

My first visit I had a new hire, and I have terrible veins. She looked a bit unsure, so I didnt have her even try. When I asked for an experienced person because I was such a difficult draw they willingly complied and gave me a great tech. Second visit the guy hit the vein on the first try and I barely felt it. As long as they keep experienced staff on board Ill continue to go. Leave the new techs to the folks with big, visible veins, not those of us with tiny, hidden veins that roll.

Go here if you hate yourself. The idiots here DONT know how to do their job. The woman who tried to take my blood failed two times. She at least had the sense to ask for someone else. As a healthcare professional myself, I was appalled at their lack of professionalism. They dont even look you in the eyes when they talk. Again, do your research before you choose where you go to get your blood work done. NEVER leave your health care in the hands of incompetent individuals.

Went in for BSP bloodwork, staff was nice. I didnt experience any negativity. And in regards to using a Credit Card, you tell them you dont have one and it is fine. No one will question you about it. They are not able to force you to give them one. Even the Labcorp Faqs on the website state that you can be billed if you owe anything that insurance does not pay. However, if you do not have insurance then you will have to pay up front.

Please be mindful of the forms they ask that you sign upon arrival. Lab Corp is now able to charge your credit/debit card for any amount up to $1,200.00 that your insurance company doesnt cover. The form allows them to charge you without notifying you or sending you a bill, the charge will just post to your account. They will not allow you to do a monthly payment plan either.

We went here today to get blood work for my 13 month old. We were nervous because my son is so young but the people there were very nice and the person who drew his blood was professional, kind, and fast! Also, there was no wait and the whole appointment was very quick. Thanks!

They allowed me to make an appointment for a certain time only to be told when I got there that they stop doing tests 15 mins before my appointment!
