Atmosphere is not inviting or calming to someone who may be nervous and they appeared to be understaffed as no one in th waiting room was called in the 20 minutes I waited, and I never saw a technician. Dont know where everyone was, gave up and left.

Extremely inefficient and impersonal service. Bring a book and be prepared to sit for quite a long time in the waiting room of this understaffed, unpleasant location.
