In the past they had absolutely no bed side manners. I am not sure what has changed but they treat you with respect now. My daughter totally trusts the male lab nurse there to take her blood. He does it every time, she wont let anyone else do it. Thats saying a lot when you are a child.

I had a great experience here. No wait to get my blood taken, then I almost passed out (for the first time in my life) and the nurse was so sweet. She got me water, held a cold compress to the back of my neck, and stayed with me, talking me through it until I felt better.

I have tried calling 3 times simply to ask if they take my insurance and have been hung up on all 3 times after fighting with the automated sytem to talk to a real person.. 0 customers service. I will go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I went there, waited a half hour before they even took my lap slip, then told me I was 10 mins too late to get my test done. They were very rude-- will never go back to this office.

This place is a JOKE in every WAY!! Lose your labs, never call you back, NEVER call the Dr. with the results, total JOKE HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!! STEER CLEAR they are AMATURES AT BEST!!!
