Severely understaffed. Only one employee working. Waiting for over an hour and wasnt even seen to get my information. I left and missed work as a result of the wait. People were walking out in groups tired of waiting. If youre going there for pre employment drug screening and HAVE to go to a Quest i suggest you go to their drug testing center on 1101 White Horse Road Vorhees. If you dont absolutely have to go to a Quest PSC i suggest you go to LabCorp across the street

Lady was rude..told me she couldnt help me because my script said stat....then told me to go to Lourdes hospital for bloodwork. Didnt have a clue what she was talking about. Lourdes said why would she say that? She was so rude and couldnt be bothered helping people.

You should always set an appointment or else you will be sitting there a while. People who dont set appointments only have themselves to blame for sitting their for an hour or longer. Staff is always very nice and helpful!!!

Every time I come the wait is ridiculous! They have 1 person working and the waiting room is full. I have been here for an hour and am only 1 person closer than when I walked in.

Quest is a nice place, with a professional staff and environment. I suggest you make an appointment unless waiting time could be a bit tedious.
