I have a standing order, twice a week, due to my pregnancy, and my first time going, I came here since it was on my way home from work. Nikki took the time to find the correct code, as it is not your normal lab, and did so with patience. When I told her my local lab didnt process it right, she told me to remember which tube color it was for reassurance and it definitely helped the next couple times at the other location. I go there weekly on Tuesdays and both Nikki and Ashley are such a delight. Very nice and very fast with processing and drawing blood. I wont have to go to this location as of the end of December as I will be on leave and this location will no longer be convenient, but I will surely miss the both of them as they have made this very easy for me.

New facilities, but wait time killing, we waited for 45min on Tuesday morning at 8:30am and there were 5 members before us, we left without taking it, again next day we are there by 8 they opened at 8:10 guess what we are number at number 3 and it took 40 min, I would try to go somewhere else next time. I think they have staff shortage in the morning I see only one person attending at the front desk and at the prescription desk

They are so nice at the desk! I had a script for specimens and the lady took time to take me back to the lab area and found all the items I needed and then also explained exactly how to use them correctly! She was a huge help to me! And the waiting time at 7:30 AM on Saturday was minimal! I shall now use them only!!
