I was in and out as a walk in (early morning time) in less than half an hour. Staff was very friendly to me. Someone handled a young, distressed, child next to me so professionally and so effortlessly. I had a tube filled faster than I could blink, I didnt even feel the needle come out!!

Not sure why they bother booking appointments if they just take all the walk-ins who came in before you. I waited while 4 people went ahead of me (for the same test, who did not have appointments as I saw the sign in sheet) thus making me 20min late for my appointment.

We were very disappointed with the staffs attitude at this location. They were very rude, loud, and aggressive in dealing with patients coming in for drug tests and finger printing. I would never recommend coming to this location.
