I am extremely happy with the Delran, NJ Labcorp, and want to share some recent experiences I had there. I am a "hard stick," as they say, and can only have blood drawn from my left arm. Both Katie and Angela, the phlebotomists who take care of me, are gracious and always succeed. To make matters worse, I broke my left wrist a month ago. Now when I go for my weekly blood work, they have to remove my outer brace, and manage to draw blood from my arm with the inner brace still on. My arm has to remain in an awkward position, making it extremely difficult for them. But they do not give up. Today Angela, last week Katie, and the week before Angela, persevered until blood was drawn. They are gentle and reassuring, taking away much of my anxiety. I applaud Angels and Katies professionalism.

Every thing was ok, until they started the proccedure to take my specimin. The young lady with the braid twists was EXTREMELY rude and uuprofessional. I was waiting to go next, and i here someone saying, "come on hon". I thought to myself she must be talking to someone else, so i ignored it. She said it 2 more times , about 3 feet from behind me. I finally turned around to see who she was talking to. She was talking to ME. Instead of calling me Ms (last name), or even my first name, i was supposed to answer to her calling for "hon" from behind me???? Pretty poor marks for professionalism, common courtesy, and respect of another adult.

The staff at this location is extremely rude!! They do not help you at all....it is like you are an incovience to them. I will go to a different location in the future! Plus the toilets were broke & still made u do the test there with unsanitary conditions.......so gross. They have no idea of what they r doing!!!! Plus, made me drink so much water that it diluted my test that I have to do again.......

I arrived & was seen right away, the receptionist was polite, friendly & very professional. Iam a hard stick & pass out sometimes when my bloody is drawn. The Phlebotomist was kind & caring & professional. She took her time & didnt cause me any discomfort at all while successfully drawing my blood. I will definitely come back to this location on Rt 130, Delran, NJ.

I sat for forty minutes before someone ever came out of the back of the office to the reception area. Their phones dont work (this is apparently all of Labcorp, but the local number doesnt work either.) If you have somewhere to be dont think you can walk in and be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, I really with my insurance worked with a better lab.

i have been to this location twice and had a very pleasant experience both times. while the burlington location always has a full waiting room, this one was clear both times i visited. i experience anxiety and fainting at blood at needles, and they were extremely kind and helpful both times.

Went to this location for the convenience but never again...... short staffed... the girl answering the phone and taking appointments was also the one drawing blood. Very unorganized. Took forever
