Miserable as grim death. Phlebotomists are very skilled at the stick. But are stressed out, rude, officious and treat their customers like idiots and an inconvenience. Experienced a 90 minute wait (with an appointment) and others with later appointments were shuttled past me. Angry and impatient treatment by the staff poisoned the morale in the waiting room, making for an even more horrible visit. Paperwork handling by phlebotomists was straight out of the 1950s, something that they did poorly and clearly didnt want to do and seemed to blame the patients for. I watched one old woman chewed out for not having her paperwork from her Physician *just so*; she left in tears. I was raked over the coals for signing my name with my initial (under signature) and it not matching letter for letter with what my doctor had scrawled on the prescription sheet for the blood work. (My signature uses my first initial; my doctor signed my first name.) I had to go through several minutes of the 3rd degree about the mismatch before she told me angrily to fix it on the sign in sheet. But wouldnt give me a pen to fix it with. Im border line diabetic, so Ive spent a lot of time getting my blood drawn; this was bar none, the worse experience Ive ever had. Imagine finding a third world clinic in suburbia. Like that.

Ugh. I hate going there but its so convenient. I agree with the persons experience before me, and also had horrible billing wars with them to the point I refused to pay even after the EOB form said I was not the responsible party. If you can go somewhere else where they treat you like a human being, by all means...GO!

My 6 year old needed to have blood drawn, and Bertha, was amazing with her. She took her time to explain what was going to happen, and the blood draw was over in a no time. I will definitely request Bertha when we return to Quest. Bertha, thanks for making a scary situation for my daughter a little less scary.

Called to make an appointment and the woman was so nasty to me. I just called the number I was given by my work. She was extremely rude and told me she cant predict the future when I asked her about how long the wait is for a walk in. If I didnt have to go here I wouldnt. Someone needs to give her some training.

Not sure about other peoples experiences, staff always polite, appointments come before walk ups, no compromises made to client privacy ... I go for blood work every 6 months and I have never had a bad experience.

Had the most miserable nasty person today that did my paperwork. Gave me a hard time for no reason...so much for National Kindness Day !! Will be going elsewhere for blood-work .
