I debated whether this one was going to be one, or two, stars. The sole staffer was indeed all on her own, and it wasnt her personal fault that the phone greeting (which cant be circumvented) wasnt at all helpful. I was there for a simple service which, after sitting unattended in the waiting room for 20 minutes, turned out to be something this office does not offer. At that point it might have been two, but after being treated to her flippant, smart aleck attitude it was one star, and no more than that. I traveled to the Langhorne office and was treated like a valued customer, with care and consideration by every staff member present. Avoid the Yardley office and make the trip to Langhorne - your experience will turn out to be the one you hoped for when you left home.
