Only good thing was that I was able to walk in with my daughters without the appointment. What I didnt like was the attitude of the person at the front desk. She was least friendly, sent us back home to get print out of the insurance card despite showing the card in the app. Asked her if we could email and she could take the print out. But a rude no was the answer. Till the end of the test she was least friendly and looked pissed off. I wouldnt expect any customer service there and would probably not go back again.

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS OF TIME TO WASTE. I gave up after waiting AN HOUR PAST MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. This place is as poorly managed as the old NJ Motor Vehicle Dept, need I say more? STAY AWAY!!!!
