Scheduled appointment days in advance, when i arrived their system was down so i waited 45 minutes to find out they werent taking cash transactions. I had forgotten my insurance card and they could have easily taken down my information (group number, policy number etc) but they refused. Clearly lazy, before even considering what I was trying to say they were asking if i had signed in because they were concerned with crossing my name off and not at all interested in any attempt at helping me, even though i had taken off work to be there since the hours are so unfriendly. Went to quest instead who had no trouble with me as a walk in and took my information without needing a card.

Made an appointment and was seen on time, if not earlier. I had a very bad experience a few days earlier at the Hamilton office, so my anxiety was through the roof, prior to going here. The phlebotomist was super nice. She had me lay down while she drew my blood and kept me distracted the whole time. I was literally in the building for a total of 20 minutes. Everyone else was also very nice.

I was this morning there have my simple blood test they charge two different prices for same test not only this but they take money from two of my credit cards and when I return to straight this up person who talk to me been so nasty and she said so she dont gone talk to me because she has to many people I never back to this place and I dont recommend to anyone

This place was terrible, if i could give 0 stars i would, the customer service is disgusting, none of the employees knew how to say please or smile, and were barking around orders like i was a was dog. Limited employees, long waits, bad customer satisfaction, unprofessional-ism, pretty much sums up this place. Dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there at the request of getting new job. There were a lot of people my name was called about 30 minutes later. No one told me were to go or what to do clients suggest to me where to go. Then someone who works there told me to go back and wait lobby. You should avoid this place at all cost

Appointments are a waste of time as you may be here 1, 2 or more hours off schedule, I highly doubt the staff are trained well and the office/front desk/admissions are beyond incompetant. I am afraid to be posting this as the next time I am forced to rely on this place it may be my last.

This place is like waiting at the DMV. Got an appointment? Dont care. Just dropping off a specimen? Sit here forever anyway. Reallt ridiculous and rude customer service in the office. To top it off, if you try to call ahead there is no way to get anybody on the phone!

Very unprofessional people work at this LapCorp, they are rude especially to senior citizen, the people that work here are not people friendly. And the way they joke to each other in front of us patients that go there just to get out tests out the way. Very rude..

This place is disgusting on the outside and inside. The people who work at the window were so rude, screaming babies, dingy dirty place. They dont say hello, people just walk around you.... how is this place still running and taking peoples blood.

There should be an option for negative stars because this place is so rediculously rotton. Scheduled appointment at 7.30; gets called in at 8; ineffable. Unprofessional overburdened employees. Go here if you have unlimited free time.
