Quest is one of the few labs I am able to use per my insurance... I used this lab several times in the past. They USED TO BE good,,, But it seems that they have OVER AUTOMATED their services. Recently, my needs have changed and I need to use a lab in anotherarea. I have tried several times and over several days to reach someone on the phone to discuss some specifics before I schedule a appointment. It is IMPOSIBLE to reach an actual person on the phone. I tried several numbers. On the rare occasions, when I have been able to speak to an actual person, they are useless -- they have NO INFORMATION about other Quest labs. ARE THEY ALL PART OF THE SAME COMPANY OR WHAT??? One must be very careful when dealing with a company that it this unorganized and this user unfriendly! QUEST NEEDS TO TAKE A HARD LONG LOOK AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We, myself and my wife, had appointments which was late for fasting, so we went in early and registered. Our turn came after about an hour but they were skipping us. Even though they should call us based on our walk in turn, they choose to call other walk-ins that came after us. When I asked why they replied in a rude manor we have to wait until our appointment time because they follow procedures, even though their stated procedure is to take you at the earliest time of walk-in turn or appointment time. We will never go back to Quest Diagnostics. We walk out and went to Labcorp next door.

There are two really nasty women who work reception here and take your insurance info. They obviously have people who accidentally come in there not realizing they arent covered on their insurance. They are visually and verbally annoyed and condescending to people who do that. Trust me, were annoyed too, because now we have to go somewhere else and wait in line at the new place too.

The staff who draw the blood at Quest are the best. They always find my vain in my arm on the first try. Most other places that I have gone to, cant find the vain and stick me more than once. I wont go anywhere else, to get my blood drawn. They are all very nice.

The staff were polite, lovely, and professional. Both my husband and myself needed fasting blood work. We did not have appointments but called ahead. We arrived about 10:30 and were in and out in les than 15 min. Would certainly use this office again!

I had no appointment walked in and they were very courteous and helpful. The lab tech drew my blood was very friendly and very good at her job. Took all of 10 minutes. Thank you Quest!
