If your thinking about bringing your young child here to get blood taken, you should think twice. My 8 month old son needed to get blood work done for some special testing ordered by his genetic doctor. This was not the first time my son needed to get blood work done, but this time our doctor recommended Labcorp for this task. Upon arrival to the Hillsborough location the first negative impression we got was from entering the filthy waiting room. My initial thought was hopefully the examination room was more hygienic than this. Once we approached the check in desk, we were greeted by a very disgruntled employee. We got the vibe that we were an inconvenience for arriving. Labcorp was very quick with taking us in for the blood work, we only really waited for about 5 minutes in the nasty waiting room. There was about 6 other people waiting to get called in behind us. Once we entered the examination room there was no time wasted. That same disgruntled "reciptionist" was also responsible for prepping the room and patient. Without even making eye contact this angry lady who was at the front desk comes in and says "take his clothes off and lay him on the table". Shortly after the angry lady barked these orders at us, the phlebotomist came in. Similar to the angry lady, the phlebotomist did not say a word and immediately strapped my sons arm and started looking for a vein. The first thing she even said to us was "ugh he is not even a year" and just stuck the needle in and started gouging with no concern of my boy screaming, while the other lady tightly held him down to the table. After about a minute of gouging she gave up and pulled the needle out. My fiance immediately picked up our boy and tried comforting him. As soon as my fiance grabbed our son the Phlebotomist said "you need to put him down were not done", and repeated the gouging process on the other arm. This time it was sucessful and they managed to get 2 viles. Without saying anything the phlebotomist left the room and the angry lady bandaged him up. My fiance was suspecious about this place and recorded the gouging process on her phone while trying to comfort our boy during this process. I believe these two were very rude and pushy because there was only TWO employees to manage at least 6 other waiting patients (one of these two was the reciptionist). The phlebotomists name was Disha P. Once I called the next day to complain and get her name the angry lady refused to give me the full last name. My son is luckily young enough to not remember events like this, but the black bruises on both arms from the hardcore gouging remind us. I will never go back to that disgusting facility and I warn whoever takes the time to read this.

Do not look at the waiting room carpet. Youll see set in stains in front of EVERY chair. The admin was not rude to me, but very abrupt with older patients. Her poor lack or use of English could have been the issue. The technician was excellent, efficient, respectful. Hoping someone in lab Corp management reads this and takes times to see the filthy waiting room and speak to staff about respect.

Not enough employees to keep the flow of people waiting moving through. I waited 45 minutes to even give my paperwork and then an additional 20 to give blood. For such a large town they may consider getting more staff.

Generally I can get in & out quickly if I go between 10 & 11:30. I have small veins and theyre pretty good at finding a good one without a fishing expedition and bruises later. The staff is professional and courteous.

Efficient and pleasant service. Busy in the morning due to fasting blood draws but I get in and out within a half hour. Note that they close from 12 to 12:30 for lunch. I suggest using this Hillsbourgh office.

The Technicians are So careless, and irresponsible !!! I went with my kid today for blood drawing they inserted needle on both hands and said they couldnt find vein just go to another location or hospital...

Never had any issues here. Staff had always been. Very courteous and efficient. Never anyone in this office for a long wait time.
