Worst lab EVER!!!!! Impossible to speak to a human. I spent SEVERAL hours and left SEVERAL Messages NO ONE EVER returned my call. Quest in general has become the most patient UNFRIENDLY lab in NJ. ALL OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ONLY HAVE AUTOMATED MESSAGE SWITCHING AND THERE IS NEVER AN OPTION TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON! When you leave a message, no one ever returns your call!!! I am planning to raise an issue with my insurance company, because they limit the labs I am allowed to use...

Very professional for the ones saying theres no soap and towels in the restroom thats for drug testers it has to be empty for security reasons people hide things when providing urine, but the sink is right outside the bathroom and they will tell you that. The Soap provided is medically approved same soap used at hospitals...dont be so negative and nieve people!!!

This place is disgusting. There wasnt even toilet paper in their dirty bathroom, not even soap. Really no soap? Are you washing your hands before you stick a needle in my family.

This is a small, no frills lab but they are always professional and efficient. My only complaint is that the web site states they open at 6am and they actually open at 6:30am.
