Dr. Sophia Nichols is a first rate professional. She is an excellent scientist who follows closely the advances of her field as well as related fields. She does not hesitate to recommend you to see another physician-dentist if the problem is outside her field. No less important is her humate attitude toward her patients. I have found her very, careful in her words and compassionate in the exercise of her duries, -briefly she is a very competent, friendly person and dedicated professional. I rate her with five stars. Staff is always friendly and professional. The office is comfortable and welcoming. Tina and Roseanne are very accommodating with scheduling and processing my payment. This office is so incredibly efficient, I have never had a problem with anything, i.e., insurance, appointments, waiting time, etc. I have the same dental hygienist each visit which provides for continuity. The entire staff is wonderfully professional, kind and helpful.
