This is a long review but I speak from the heart, I cannot say enough great things about the people in this office I have been going here for almost ten years as a regular dental patient. From the hygienists to the doctors everyone is great and the level of care received is comforting, its a friendly atmosphere and they actually remember you! After years of wishing my teeth could be straighter and doing my own research on Invisalign but afraid to bear the cost and time of doing it I kept putting it off. It wasnt until after a six month cleaning and a long honest conversation with with Dr. Shor about how unhappy I was with the shifting that was occurring that I finally pulled the plug and scheduled an Invisalign consultation in January 2015. The process after that was incredibly simple, Dr. Shor explained the whole process, took pictures of my teeth and after a short time Invisalign came up with a course of treatment using 3D models. Once I gave the ok and a series of impressions later the trays were made and I was on the road to straighter teeth. Throughout the whole treatment which was a year and a half I had the support of Dr. Shor and his staff. They were very accommodating with scheduling of appointments and anytime I called with a concern they were quick to help. My treatment has come to the end and my teeth look awesome! I am very pleased with the results and it was worth the cost and time. If you are looking for an Invisalign dentist contact Dr. Shor!

I will start by telling you that Im terrified of dentists. Part of the reason why my gums are so bad is because of that fear. On New Years Eve I had a terrible tooth ache. My dentist was off until Tuesday. I called Dr Shors emergency number and he called me right back and was very concerned. Didnt know me but apologized that he couldnt see me as did not staff because of the Holiday. He fit me in on that Monday and pulled the tooth. Since then I am getting a bridge for the front teeth. It has been rough because of my gum issues and sensitive teeth. I have been in his office every week. You would figure he would be really annoyed by this point but he is not. He always tAkes the time to talk to me and give me options .i have needed 2 emergency root canal s and he always always makes time regardless of how busy he is. He is honest without being mean or condescending . He is a total perfectionist and you dont leave his office unless he feels everything done perfectly. He is one of the few I trust. All the office ladies are extremely nice. All I can say if you are afraid like me he is the dentist for you. I will never love having to go and will always be nervous but mind it a lot less because of him and his staff

After holding myself back from returning to the dentist after tons of horrible experiences and just fear in the dentist, this past week Ive had horrible pain in my lower left side. A friend told me to go to Dr Santo Trufolo and Dr.Alex shor. called at 12pm and they were able to get me in that evening. Walking in i was so nervous and terrified! Lisa the dental assistant was so incredible and calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable.Dr. Alex also made me feel so comfortable and gave me options to fix my issue. I could not get the procedure done that day they were able to fit me in the following day as they said another doctor would be doing it the following day i became nervous and anxious not knowing if that doctor would make me feel as comfortable . long story short. Lisa the dental assistant was there again the following day and continued to make me feel just as comfortable and held my hand the entire time. Dr liz was so incredible and made me feel just as comfortable if not more. And to top it all of doctor liz called me today to check up on me! I will be a returning patient and I defiantly recommend this office they are incredible! I wish Icould give more then five stars!

I dont usually write reviews; But let me start by saying I Love Dr. Shor, Dr. Trufolo and the entire staff. From the moment you walk through the door youre treated like family. All the girls always have a bright smile and make you feel at ease. Lynn who does my cleaning takes such pride in her craft, and is so very sweet. I needed a tooth extracted and a few cavities filled and Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Shor made me feel so comfortable explaining to me in great detail the entire process; After Dr. Shor was finished I looked in the mirror and was so amazed. Everyone at this practice takes such pride in what they do and it really shows. Not only do I not fear going to the dentist; I actually look forward to it. Ive always hated the dentist from never really going to one during my early and teen years and I heard from so many people that my experiences would get better when I found "the right one." Well, heres to never allowing Dr. Shor to move or retire! I cannot explain how scared I was to undergo a dental crown procedure, but Dr. Shor made me feel great. Lisa the hygienist is truly an angel on earth. She shaped a very comfortable temporary for me and I just went back to get a beautiful permanent zirconia crown today. It fits absolutely perfectly, feels spectacular, and lies perfectly flush with the teeth on each side...I love it so much! The employee at the front desk did such a good job estimating my insurance that the final cost was even LESS than what I expected it to be. I seriously cannot recommend or thank these guys enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The office staff was very nice but I was not pleased at all with the dental lab and Dr. Shor could not get my dentures right. I had to forego the bottom and they refunded me the cost of bottom they could NOT accomplish (you would not believe what they tried to give me as dentures and I paid 1250.00 for a top denture and the teeth are way too close in back (constantly biting tongue) and not even centered. They look so bad that I no longer smile at all. I would have had much more respect if they would have TRIED to at least get my teeth centered in front. Left with very bad bite and really bad looking denture on top.. I am now searching for another dentist to redo my dentures instead of doing half of what I went for and doing it badly. If you want dentures, look elsewhere.
