When I tell people how I got my teeth knocked out, they either cringe or burst into laughter. Most people cant even imagine how it was possible for such a thing to happen. Well, dont worry, due to either shock or adrenaline, I couldnt feel anything; feel free to laugh. Dont ask me to explain how, but I got hit in the face with a bowling ball. [Insert Laughter Here] Im was a fourteen year old girl, so you could assume that I would need to replace my front teeth. At ten p.m. they had rushed me, a hysterically laughing teenage girl, to the emergency room. In the car, I was holding a towel to my mouth to (soak up blood) in my left hand, and a plastic cup filled halfway with milk and three teeth (a canine and my two front ones) in my right hand. They werent able to do anything, though I applaud them for singing Christmas carols with me, my favorite being "all I want for Christmas are my two front teeth. Since they were unable to do anything but hand me a few pain relievers, we decided to head home so that I could get my beauty sleep. Though my parents stayed up to frantically search for someone to fix my face. The next morning, we came across Dr. Bilow. A family friend, Nancy, had suggested him to us. She called him, asking when we could schedule an appointment. The next thing I know, I was in his office. He had missed his daughters soccer game in order to give us the earliest possible time. Not even two hours later, I walked out with teeth and the ability to smile. We quickly learned from our frequent checkups over this past year, that Dr. Bilow had to be one of the most generous people we had ever met. Anytime I needed to see him, he would fit me in no matter what that same day. He and his staff showed extraordinary kindness and everyone was incredibly proactive, always being on top of everything. As a teen, things were a lot harder. My gums were still growing and so they constantly had to be attended to. They couldnt just stick some permanents in, because in a few years my gums would be incredibly different. And yet, I have these perfect teeth. No one yet has been able to tell they were not real, and when I do tell them, they are incredibly surprised. I will never ever be able to express my gratitude for his sheer talent and expertise, but above all else, his kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Bilow and his entire staff; from the desk to the back room, they are all incredible.

Dr Bruces is highly recommended. I will focus this review about the service of the practice first. The staff, hygienist and the doctors are probably the most profession individuals I have come across in this profession. I have always been wary of going to a dentist office as I feel a great number of dentists I have been to seem to be concerned more about the insurance, coverage and how to play that the game to advance their business. You will never get that feeling in this practice and everyone is genuinely interested in providing you with the care you need. The 2nd part of this review is how state of the art the office actually is in terms of the equipment they use for the service/diagnostics and creature comforts. For example they have digital x ray machines so you dont have to wait for the x rays to develop like in old times. For creature comforts they have 2 TVs in each of the station 1 on the wall and the other on the ceiling. Also the office is tastefully decorated to make you feel comfortable. This review is from a picky patient, I could only recommend 1 other dentist in addition to Dr Bruce from all my experiences over 40 yrs of my life :)

I have always enjoyed straight teeth for most of my life. But as we age, teeth move (and so do a few other things!). I went to the team at NJ Laser Dentistry and told them I wanted my old smile back. Dr. Bilow thoughtfully walked me through all of the options and told me if I was patient and faithful to the process, I could get that smile back. Six months later I have a beautiful smile and the team at NJ Laser Dentistry to thank for it. From Christine and Lori at the front desk who took all of my sometimes panicked phone calls and greeted me upon each visit like family, to Meredith and Jackie who have seen me through many visits and are the consummate professionals, this office is definitely where you want to go for all of your dentistry needs. They really give you something to smile about.

My last few visits here have been quite disappointing. I meant to write this review when I first got out of the appointment but did not have the chance to. Long story short - I went for a clean up and to get my gum checked out since Ive been experiencing pain for a while ... a new doctor came in (Ive never seen him before), standing up, while roughly looking inside my mouth, says "I dont see anything wrong so I dont know what youre talking about, it may just be the anatomy of your mouth." Ive been a patient for couple of years now, Ive even gotten my braces done here and he did not even bother to look at my medical history to see if what my anatomy of the mouth used to look like prior to that visit. This visit cost me $360.00 - never felt so robbed before.

I have been going to NJ Laser Dentistry for a little under a year with a unique orthodontics procedure. I received lingual braces at another practice, but relocated and could no longer continue there. Dr. Bilow took on my case (for an surprisingly affordable cost) and had my braces off within a year. Beyond the professional dental work, my five-star rating also comes as a reflection towards the offices support staff. His assistant Jackie treated me with inexplicable amounts of kindness or concern throughout my procedures, and quickly became the reason I continued to go to this dental office... NJ Laser Dentistry definitely comes as a high recommendation from me!

The experience at Dr. Bilows office is always a pleasure. I have been a patient there for at least a decade, and even after I moved 45 minutes away, I still use them. The staff is always friendly and professional and I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I cant say enough good things about Meredith, who has been my hygienist for as long as Ive been a patient. Shes courteous and sweet and I always know I am in great hands with her. Today I had the pleasure of having Angela as my hygienist for the first time and I had a wonderful experience with her as well. Im always happy with the care I receive at this office - you cant go wrong here.
